The hotel was easy to reach by car and was relatively close to the highway. This also saved us from having to deal with city traffic. There was a large free parking area, which we considered safe. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The reception hall was very impressive and the breakfast room was also very nicely decorated. The breakfast itself was very, very tasty. We had a room at the back, which meant it was very quiet. No street noise, no noise in the hallway or from other rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We hadn't slept so well in weeks. The blinds also made the room pleasantly dark. The Wi-Fi left nothing to be desired and the TV program was (as far as we could tell) very extensive. All in all, a clear recommendation for a few days in Wrocław...

We didn't liked, that the bill had to be paid when checking in. The hallways gave the impression that not much had been done to maintain them visually in the last twenty years. The shower was past its prime and leaked terribly. We had to wipe down almost the entire bathroom. I found the socket very close to the faucet interesting.

This is a great hotel. Clean, professional and comfortable. The food is great, particularly the breakfast and unbelievably good value for money. There are comfortable quiet outside spaces to sit, despite being close to a main road. The beds are super comfortable with quality bed linen and blackout blinds for a great sleep.

The location is a bit off-putting with not much around except commercial premises. But that doesn't matter when you're inside the hotel.

Spacious bedroom

Lack of plugs in the bedroom not just for recharging etc but 2 bedside lamps with electric leads but nowhere to plug them in! To use the kettle I had to put it on the bed! Lighting poor for a lady to do make up, magnifying mirror and better lighting would have helped. Rather mean with tea and coffee sachets in room, likewise soap/ toiletries etc. Soap dispenser had be really ‘milked’ to get anything at all out of it.

The room itself was spacious and clean. Had everything what needed to stay for one night while travelling. Bed was huge and quite soft (depends what you like). I preferer harder bed, but it was comfortable enough.

Worst place was bathroom. The water pressure in shower was the lowest ever witnessed, impossible to wash longer hair :) Not enough space and places where to put your toiletries. Could be cleaner.

This hotel has the best breakfast! Really, it's like a feast and so delicious. We have stayed here for two times as the location is ideal for roadtrips (very close the main highway) and the hotel has a large free parking lot. The rooms are spacious if a little outdated and the mattress could be firmer (down to personal taste) but nothing can beat that breakfast choice. It's that huge and impressive. A great value for money and this will forever be our hotel choice when traveling through Wroclaw.

Very nice and delicious breakfast with variety of food. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, which was a huge portion, but very delicious. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It is great that hotel has also a large parking space if you go by car.

Nice room (with air conditioner), clean, great location (for me, as I don't like to drive through the cities) next to the highway. Breakfast is fantastic, very rich and tasty. And I can stay there with my cat! I love this hotel. I'm there at least 2 times a year for 3 years now.

The shower is leaking 🙈. Every time after shower there is a small flood in the bathroom. But I'm too shy to tell it to the stuff 😂

We just stayed in the hotel overnight. Considering the fact that it is a 3 Star hotel and the price we paid, it is a wonderful hotel, but if The Star rating would increase then the cleanliness of the carpets around the hotel and in the rooms would need to improve. The bathrooms were very clean, I was so relieved and satisfied. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable. Overall it was a very good night's stay. Good breakfast made all the worries go away :)

The carpets in the hotel are very worn out. Old carpets usually preserve odors, not always convenient for everyone's nose. If honestly not sure if they are worn out or just needs a good cleaning.

Liked location-as it was just roadtrip rest stop location was very convenient. Just off the highway. Good breakfast, spacious free parking, comfortable bed.

Just minor things - some piece of plastic was falling out of bathroom door, etc. Things which can be easily fixed within minutes or hours without big effort.

The breakfast was unreal, especially the selection, everything fresh and really tasty

We were travelling as a family of 4, there were two single beds and a sofabed in the room. The beds were fine but the sofa was super uncomfortable and extremely loud any time you tried to move.
