I am glad we booked despite the negative reviews here, because some people are just unreasonable. The hostel takes up several floors in an old historical building in the city center, where the rest are taken by other businesses. So yeah, the walls are a bit thin (you can get free earplugs at the reception, though), many people pass through the entrance to visit those other business, and the temperature in our room was probably 19-18C, while outside was ~ -3C. Some people complained about cold, but if you sit in a thicker sweater, you will be comfortable. We booked a private room with private bathroom and everything was exactly like in the photos, and clean. When you are in a shared accommodation, there's only so much the staff can do, the rest is up to guests. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk from Rynek. For this price, the breakfast was ok too.

We got 3 towels total for 2 persons, 4 would have been great.

The room was really nice, good size, luminous, own bathroom, nice little table and chairs, storage furniture, TV, wifi, close to the kitchens, etc.. The window was giving out the court so quite quiet day or night.

Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working really, i think the connexion was bad. Also the mattress was really bad, way to soft, too thin, could be better. The bathroom was small but sufficient and clean it was only lacking of places to put your toiletries and hang out your stuff like a proper towel drying rack. Also there wasn't any mirror in the room which was inconvenient.

Exceptional location within walking distance of the train station and the old town. Very good spacious rooms and places for common use. The most valuable thing for me is that this hostel accepts pets.

There was no soap in the shower cabins. This is not a problem, but I didn't see this mentioned in the hostel description on the website (maybe I missed this information). I just advise including the information.

When booking, I was hoping for a problem-free, centrally-located hostel that would be appropriate for a short layover. I got exactly that and more, with the added value of extremely helpful and nice staff, comfortable rooms, and a clean bathroom. There was a fan in the room, which felt like the height of luxury this June.

There was nothing to complain about! I maybe wish the information about how to get to the front door was included in the confirmation email -- but then again maybe it was me who missed it. Either way, everything was good!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, great location. Cleanliness and facilities were more than expected for a cheap hostel. Within 4-5 mins walking distance of the main Old Town square. A certain level of noise would have been expected - but it was actually pleasantly quiet at night. Cold drinks sold at reception, for good prices. 5 mins walk from direct and punctual airport bus route (fares are less than £1).

Only minor issues - room not very “cosy” (eg there was a lamp for dimmer lighting - but it was broken). Some plug sockets did not work, but there were plenty of working options.

The staff was very nice and they let us store our luggage on the day of the check out (our bus was late in the evening). The room was simple but cozy and clean, with a lot of natural light, carpeted floor, a TV and a little fridge in the corridor. It felt safe as you could lock both the door of the room and the door to the corridor leading to the room. The toilet, even if shared with 2 more rooms, was always clean. Location is great, just a few steps from the city centre. On the reception floor there is a kitchen, but I have not used it. Reception is 24/7.

Maybe a guy putting loud music around midnight in the next room, but that was not the hostel's fault.

I really like location, staff, price and cleaning. For hostel and this money it was absolutely acceptable. I recommend this place for people who like hostel, because for hostel pretty nice choice.

The AC in my room did not work (but fun was there). Little bit noisy outside (because it is center).

The place is accessible and in the center of the city. Best for long stay specially holiday season. Staff are approachable and accommodating and understanding. Kitchenette is good with accessories. With fridge. Nearby transport and most of the places are walking distance (museum, parks, churches and etc.)

Only few rooms I think with a private bathroom. And Kitchenette should be per floor. And no laundry for long stay clients. Better provide mini ref each room. And laundry machine in each floor.

Excellent location in the very centre of the city, only a short walk to the old town and right next to the city museum. I had a big room and breakfast was brought to my door each morning. Had no trouble using the bathrooms which were very clean, my floor was very quiet.

The hotel shares the building with some other businesses, I had some trouble finding it at first. My room faced out onto the street, I had a great view but could hear the tram running in the mornings which some people may find disruptive.

We stayed here for the second time (first was some years ago) and we think the hostel offers great value for the price one pays. Check-In was possible early and we could leave our luggage on our last day. The people visiting the hostel at a weekend are from young to old. The staff is kind. The beds as well as the own bathroom were good. You are very close to city center. That it might be loud in the evening in a hostel is quite normal, one needs to adapt and stay out long and when returning it is quiet enough to sleep. Several opportunities for breakfast are nearby if you don't want to have it at hostel. We hope to come soon again to Wroclaw. Very nice city with kind people.

Other visitors are right, it is clean, but the carpeted floor in the corridor looks quite used, it should be replaced by some other floor covering. But in our room the carpeted floor was fine.
