I really liked the overall hospitality and comfort at Hyatt Place Vijayawada. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff were polite and professional. especially Nityasha and Pramila at the front desk, who were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was prompt. I also appreciated the calm ambience and quality of amenities provided.

While my overall experience was pleasant, I felt that the breakfast and dinner buffets could use more variety and better taste consistency. For the price charged, I was expecting a wider selection of dishes and a bit more attention to flavor and presentation. Improving the quality and diversity of the food options would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast spread is huge and based on our recommendation we got good food. Chef laxman and Prantosh took care of us and we enjoyed breakfast. Loved it. Amazing shower in the bathroom with appropriate water temperature. Alarm system in room is amazing with cool options. Wifi speed is good.

I am not blaming hotel here again. Mosquitoes were quite irritating although hotel is trying to take preventive measures to curb them. If swimming pool also added it would be wonderful.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the wide selection and the service.

Your website said that you had a pool, but that is still under construction, I was told. Hopefully, it will be ready for my next visit. Your only options for tv was essentially connecting to youtube. If I had some english news channels that would have been better.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place and had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

I planned to stay in the property during my enroute to Bangalore from Bhubaneswar. Best part of my stay is the behavior of each and every staff including starting from Reception , restaurant and room service. It was unexpected but felt great. When they came to know that i will be checking out at 4 am , they themseleves ensured to pack meals for me so that i can have the same during my remaining drive to bangalore. This is an excellent courtesy from reception staffs. I am overwhelmed. thank you so much for making my stay relaxing one.

The location and extremely well behaved friendly and very helpful staff. The cleanliness and excellent menu with talented cooks and supervisory staff.The reception or my arrival was very hospitable. Madam Tripti directed me to my room . Explained the usage of keys ect. Felt comfortable. The porch uncharged was also very respectful and dutiful. An excellent experience.

A music party held in the conference until late night disturbed the sleep. ( stayed in 3 rd floor. Vibrations and sound felt even when all the doors and windows are closed). Hotel management need to consider the following to avoid such instances: 1. Properly insulate the conference room from sound ( Sound proof facilty). 2. Avoid running such shows until late night beyond 10 PM.

Rooms were not provided next or opposite. Not anybody's fault, may be they could not provide as the rooms were occupied.

Good variety of breakfast menu. The location was not too far from Vijayawada Airport.

The billing was not done as per our request. I had to pay from my pocket as the room charge was above my eligibility. Had the bill been prepared, including my boss's eligibility, I wouldn't have to pay from my pocket.

The customer service and effort. The food as well. The rooms were a good size as well.

The pillow covers were very dirty and on asking they changed it promptly. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and there were water stains on the bathroom counter.
