Breakfast spread is huge and based on our recommendation we got good food. Chef laxman and Prantosh took care of us and we enjoyed breakfast. Loved it. Amazing shower in the bathroom with appropriate water temperature. Alarm system in room is amazing with cool options. Wifi speed is good.

I am not blaming hotel here again. Mosquitoes were quite irritating although hotel is trying to take preventive measures to curb them. If swimming pool also added it would be wonderful.

Your website said that you had a pool, but that is still under construction, I was told. Hopefully, it will be ready for my next visit. Your only options for tv was essentially connecting to youtube. If I had some english news channels that would have been better.

I planned to stay in the property during my enroute to Bangalore from Bhubaneswar. Best part of my stay is the behavior of each and every staff including starting from Reception , restaurant and room service. It was unexpected but felt great. When they came to know that i will be checking out at 4 am , they themseleves ensured to pack meals for me so that i can have the same during my remaining drive to bangalore. This is an excellent courtesy from reception staffs. I am overwhelmed. thank you so much for making my stay relaxing one.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place and had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

The location and extremely well behaved friendly and very helpful staff. The cleanliness and excellent menu with talented cooks and supervisory staff.The reception or my arrival was very hospitable. Madam Tripti directed me to my room . Explained the usage of keys ect. Felt comfortable. The porch uncharged was also very respectful and dutiful. An excellent experience.

very clean and tidy. Breakfast was too good with many options. staff very polite and friendly and of course very helping.

A music party held in the conference until late night disturbed the sleep. ( stayed in 3 rd floor. Vibrations and sound felt even when all the doors and windows are closed). Hotel management need to consider the following to avoid such instances: 1. Properly insulate the conference room from sound ( Sound proof facilty). 2. Avoid running such shows until late night beyond 10 PM.

Breakfast was amazing. Of all the hotels that I've stayed till date, this one served the best buffet breakfast. Many star hotels also lack in serving high quality buffet breakfast, but Hyatt aced this one.

Stayed only overnight and couldn't find anything that I didn't like.

Excellent, only one additional is suggested and that will be filter coffee as in south India this thing u don’t want to miss

At entrance lack of signage or direction to lobby to lift to restaurant we’re missing , so I had to ask personally the staff the way to lift or the way to restaurant

Vijayawada is a small town .This place was convenient to places around .Had some bathroom maintenance issues in the rooms .Otherwise overall good .Buffer breakfast spread was good .Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and prompt.Dhalia was sweet girl who took good care of us at breakfast.

Mosquitoes in the room. Would have been better if they installed some mosquito repellants in the room.
