The hotel was outside the main town of Sierre/Siders, in the suburb Chippis, just south of the Rhone. It occupies two older buildings, combined with a modern structure that joins them. It is completely renovated and features Art Nouveau decor and large mirrors on walls and ceilings, which make the interiors seem much bigger than they are. Our room was on the ground floor and was very quiet. It was comfortably large, with a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and took time to inform us. The breakfast buffet was good and was served in a large, pleasantly decorated dining room which is an Italian restaurant on most evenings.

We had no complaints in this hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the main town (but not with luggage), and close to several bus stops where the Post Buses to various places in the mountains above the Rhone valley can be boarded.

The room was a nice size and had everything I needed. I especially liked the shower head and pressure. The bed was big enough for me (1.9 m) and was nice and hard. The breakfast did not have the greatest selection but enough to satisfy most people. The hotel was a really good price for the area.

The bells from the nearby church were clearly audible and could be disturbing during the night.

Quiet, clean budget hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the better continental type that I've had. In a valley surrounded by beautiful Swiss mountains.

Bar and restaurant were closed. A bit of a walk to the nearest alternatives.

This is a lovely family-run hotel and the staff are very warm and welcoming. You can dine outdoors in the front garden/courtyard and enjoy a nice ambience. The hotel is extremely clean. Located in the quaint village of Chippis.

Nice italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Very helpful staff. I had to leave before they started to serve breakfast but they gave me a packet with sandwich, water etc.

The heating wasn’t on when we came into the hotel rooms, so we had to turn it on ourselves late at night when we figured out that it was still cold.

it was soooo hot. couldn’t control the heat in the corridor or room as it was coming from the corridor. beds and pillows were very soft and breakfast was adequate.
