I loved the chef's tastings dinner at the bar, the breakfast and the view form our room's balcony. The room itself was also very nice. Everything was very beautiful, new and clean and the staff was by the nicest I ever had in Israel.

Only think I could think of is that parking spots for regular cars, meaning neither electric or with a handicap permit, was full or not clearly marked. So we ended up parking on the side of the driveway.

Everything was just perfect! The location of the place surrounded by beautiful nature, lots of amazing wineries and attractions such as lavender farms and berries’s or cherry’s picking we visited before we arrived; The design of the hotel is an exact, prestigious and clean combination of nature, modern and old; The food and dishes were super tasty, well done, fresh and special; The staff were nice and professional - they often asked us if we need something and took care of every need we had, sometimes even before we knew we needed it (special thanks to the kind guy from the pool’s stuff named Yan!); The spa was also good and pleasant, and Yacob, the manager of the place was really nice as well. We had a really fine and relaxing massage by Eden the amazing masseuse. She was really gentle and made me feel like I was reborn. To sum up: We had a great experience and we highly recommend!

The only thing we didn’t like was the duration of our vocation in this wonderful place!

Exceeded expectations! as a newer property I thought there would be some kinks but it really went above and beyond especially the service and added events. There was a concert with free drinks one night, the restaurant staff was lovely and personable, when there was a small wait at the restaurant they brought out drinks and little soups to warm up. The room was very comfortable and modern. It was pricey but lived up to the cost. Many wineries within a quick drive. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

You pretty much need to have a rental car. They were not able to set up transfers to/from the airport.

It was a beautiful property, aesthetically perfect, in all the details.

The staff member at the reception was below par for such a luxury destination. When I asked if it might be possible to book a spa treatment, she was adamant and said she doesn’t know and I should go there to check. While going there to check is something I can definitely do myself, it would have been more professional and appreciated if she made an internal call to check for me. The other staff members I came in contact with like David and Alex were extremely helpful, so maybe it’s just this particular person at the reception.

The resort is amazing, everything is new. Everything luxurious, room is new and big. We received complementary wine and macarons. Breakfast is great. A lot of vegetables, baked goods and cheeses. Pool is just at the right temperature, plenty of seats and shade. Walking at the resort is beautiful, plenty of nature. Staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was way beyond our expectations.

It’s possible to get lunch only until 16:00, so if you’re hungry afterwards you’ll have to wait to dinner (18:30) or eat snacks.

Room was clean, activity like winery was amazing. Gym is unique, breakfast and lunch were great. Pool, sauna and spa were exceptional. Great value for money. This was the best hotel I stayed in in Israel.

A boutique hotel located in the Upper Customs House. The hotel is well maintained with lovely landscaping. The room is nicely decorated and equipped. Good breakfast. Nice pool. We enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall the service was good.

During the check in to the hotel, we were informed that getting the room would be delayed for about two hours. After an unpleasant discussion with the reception, we got the room on time. Unfortunately this left an unpleasant feeling.

personal issue, i prefer no music or quieter music by the pool. more peaceful that way.

Everything, completely met our expectations of a luxury hotel - facilities, design, food, cleanliness, staff. The design and atmosphere are really special, and small details like a complimentary bottle of wine, make you feel completely taken care of.

Really tiny issues that didn't bother us but could improve - our room didn't really have a view to the garden, it was blocked by a building.

There isn’t a store or place close by if you forgot something, there are plenty of bees next to the pool (maybe it is not the same the whole year, we were during July), they are not supposed to do anything, but it is still inconvenient.
