This property is everything you’re looking for! We are a younger couple that came for a weekend and felt very welcomed. The place is owned by a sweet couple that will try their hardest to make you feel most as home. We felt that they changed their regulations to allow us to have a great experience. For example, we checked in late, the owner stayed up and waited for us even tho we checked in 2 hours after the limit. We were also able to delay breakfast as my partner enjoys sleeping in on vacation and Avi and his team were very understanding and even made us a late breakfast! Their team prepares delicious and fresh pies that are available 24/7 alongside their pool and spa which is also open 24/7. We definitely enjoyed the flexibility of doing what we wanted to do with no restrictions. The owner even went as far as getting us an extra cigarette before we left because we were out. Would highly recommend to any couple that wants a “retreat” like experience and wants to stay in and chill. We very much enjoyed the experience, the beautiful view from our room, the private garden to our room, the spacious living space and large showers, and of course the phenomenal sunsets and night view of the Galilee! Would recommend to anyone 11/10 experience. You might aswell stop looking for additional hotels right now. I didn’t believe that this place would be so amazing because of its rating but after staying there, my partner and I were in shock of their hospitality, attention to detail, and how their team adapted to our preferences quickly and effectively.

Stunning property, luxurious room, thoughtfully laid out, staff that go above and beyond. If it is possible to feel completely at home AND in the lap of luxury at the same time, this place achieves it. Beautiful pool area. Loved the sweet treats. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Thanks for making accommodations for our dietary restrictions. The massage was AMAZING and I highly recommend it! In a 4 month trip abroad in 5 different countries, this was one of our favorite stays. It’s not just lodging, its an experience. This was a splurge for us and definitely worth it! Treat yourself, you will be glad you did!! The owner and the staff truly understand the nature of hospitality. And I look back on our stay with wonderful memories. Fantastic attention to detail. Thank you for the great conversations, recommendations, and for making our stay so special. If we ever make it back to Israel, we will definitely come back!

Everything. There was nothing they didn't think about. This was probably the best stay I ever had at a hotel. Everything we needed was taken care of.

The place is wonderful, just like the pictures. The owner and staff were so kind and nice, provided excellent service always. Brakfast was full of great things, just next to the pool. The pool is heated and so nice, especially on a rainy day. The room was fantastic, very clean, cosy, amazing view to the Kineret. Will go back for sure and i highly recomend. 5 star for me!

The bed wasn't 100% comfortable because the matress wasnt hard enough, but its a matter of taste. All other was so perfect!!!!

The most perfect spot! We are so happy we found this place on a spontaneous trip. We thought the pictures were too good to be true, but it was even better in real life. A real paradise. Avi was the absolute best and made us feel so comfortable. We arrived very late for check in and he even brought us some dinner he cooked for himself so we wouldn’t be hungry! The breakfast was amazing, and is made on the premises. The grounds are luxurious, yet also intimate and cozy somehow. The pool is heated, there is a coy pond and the place is beautifully maintained with flowers and greenery. The massage was also really great!!

Everything. Cnaan Village was superb in every respect. (We are a family of four from the US, with two girls — ages 14 and 17.) The setting is beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean, the food outstanding, and the host warm and welcoming. Avi had just the right touch — attentive but not overbearing. It was the nicest place we’ve stayed in Israel, and we’ve stayed in many, many places there over 30 years.

Every detail is really well thought and the staff is just incredible! We had a great time and great talks with them, just lovely people and super professionals!

The location was perfect in the Golan with gorgeous views of the Galilee. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the owner, Avi, went out of his way to welcome us and make us felt at home. Breakfast was homemade and delicious— more than we could eat— super fresh and healthy. The hotel was designed to be relaxing. Every detail was well thought through. I’d return in a second!!
