The service was absolutely amazing !! Linoy was by mine and wife’s side the entire trip and entertained all of our requests. She was always there to respond immediately and never let us down! She welcomed us in from the very start and made sure we were satisfied the whole time! Give her a raise A+++++ Rafe and Nor were absolutely amazing and made us feel at home and made sure we were happy the whole time. Asking if we need anything various times as well!

Everything about our stay at The Setai was absolutely perfect and smooth. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience relaxing and memorable. A special thanks to Basel, who provided outstanding service and added a personal touch that truly made a difference. We genuinely appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had a great time at this hotel. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The manager, Motaz, shared great tips for dinner and really cared that we had everything we needed. Even the next day, when he was on his day off, he still made sure to check in and help. That was really helpful. The room with the jacuzzi was everything I dreamed of for this weekend: big, spacious, beautiful. Truly recommend this place to anyone who wants a kind and comfortable stay.

the pool was very cold in the pool villa. it’s stated on booking that the pool is heated, but in fact it’s not. they heat it only starting from November 1st. and the last villas on the corner are almost always in shadow, so the pool was always extremely cold. no matter morning/day/evening. we booked it for the kid but she couldn’t enjoy it :(. nobody cleaned the room between the days 🫣😳 we even left a sign on the door but nobody came. so we had to call at 9 pm to the reception and argue when we came back to hotel tired… not what you plan to do when you are on a vacation after 30 minutes they eventually send us the housekeeping. the ladies were very nice and fast.

The breakfast was good, but there was no decaf espresso/filter coffee. A large variety of food,. The cakes were not so special, nor the bread. We ate supper there, They should charge less for paying guests!

there were 'springtails' - those black fleas in the bathroom sink area. very disgusting. The phone in the room, to call reception, wasn't working (they came and fixed it), I asked for decaf capsules for the coffee machine, i had to call at least 3 times, each time they said they will get back to me and didn't, finally told me they don't have them... some lights flickered or didn't work. For a hotel that considers itself a very very high end hotel, these things should not be happening.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The facilities were all in great condition

This place is incredible!! So quiet and peaceful, I just felt like home or even better! I will for sure come more in future and thanks to these amazing people; Dorit, Rafi, Aviv, Basel, and more!

The hotel was amazing, especially the staff, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. It was modern and beautiful, and the food was delicious.

Room service is a bit slow

The area and design is just amazing. You get in the resort and immediately feel relaxed. The room was large and comfortable and so was the bed and the shower. The staff in the reception is super nice.

- It said in the site that the private pool is heated and that's why I took this room (which was more expensive) and not the jacuzzi room. In reality the pool was freezing cold and unfortunately we couldn't use it. - The water in the shower was never warm enough, unfortunately - We couldn't connect our laptop to the TV with HDMI and watch Netflix :( and their Chromecast stopped working after about an hour of use. If the above it fixed, it'll be a 10!

First of all, huge shout out to Sandy, from the management team, who was an amazing host, accommodated our requests and made our stay amazing. Thank you, you’re a star! The room had a great view from the kineret, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. perfect spot. The breakfast and dinner had a rich buffet with fresh and tasty food. The staff at the restaurant during dinner were amazing. Although the facial treatments were not available at this time, the spa facilities seemed to be great. The entire property is well maintained. We’d definitely recommend the place and come back!

There was a slight inconvenience with the noise from the gardening tools early in the morning in one of the days.
