Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Staff was friendly. Location (right by the capital building) was wonderful. Would stay here again.

I received a note under my door stating that the hotel had not received payment, despite the money having already come out of my bank account. I talked with the lady at the front desk and tried to explain that, since it was a weekend, the reason payment wasn't showing up on their end was because the transaction was still processing and would be completed the following Monday morning. She asked me to email her a copy of my bank statement showing that, but I declined. She wasn't mean or anything, but I felt the whole interaction was a bit odd. I can't be the only person to have ever checked out on a weekend? We were also disappointed that the fountain wasn't working🤷‍♀️

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The glass elevators are great to view the hotel and waterfall. The wall waterfall is beautiful but need plants added around it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant/bar area was relaxing, and the steak was wonderful and cooked to perfection.

The rooms could use a little updating. I was in 204 and the paper was peeling from the wall by the bed closest to the door. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room either. The bathroom shower tile caulking needs redone and when in the tub, you can see what looks like black mold or black staining in the stool under the rim toward the front.

Family friendly atmosphere and staff. Very clean hotel.

There was a youth hockey tournament going on and parents were letting their kids run WILD on the lobby/open center of the hotel. The hotel did nothing wrong and I appreciate that they were accommodating to all the youth. But parents should have had a better eye on their kids. Many very young kids taking elevators and running around where parents could not see them. I do wish the beds were Queen instead of Fulls. That is my only actual complaint.

The price was great for a suite. The inside water feature felt elegant and the elevators were beautiful. Pool was clean and very chlorinated. The staff was friendly.

The room was dirty upon entering (dirty towel on floor, couch pillows on floor and a blue cleaning rag in the bathroom), there were no spare linens for the pull out mattress & no toiletries for the bathroom. All easy fixes at the front desk though! Hotel seems a little outdated, but I would still stay here again

The hotel was great.

Was very disappointed that we booked through Booking.Com with a dog...and this was not relayed to the hotel. We also were not made aware of additional fees such pet and parking fee. We are familiar with the hotel and next time will book directly through them to avoid the added charges from the initial booking and obtain more suitable room location for pet accommodation.

I did not have the breakfast. I don't think it was available when I left. Location is great though, rooms are comfortable. I like the availability of the extra pillows. The USB ports on the lamp next to the bed was very nice and convenient. The staff are always nice when I come in, even though it's late.

I don't think the air/heat was working properly in the room I was staying in. I turned it on before I went to bed and it was cold in the morning when I woke up.

Mena was marvelous. A beautiful long-time joyful gem from the Philippines shining over the breakfast buffet. Mena is a most delightful Hostess making most everyone's day. Thank you Mena.

New hire front desk gal was in over her head but acted like she knew it all. Property is old but well-built. Ownership is not replacing old fixtures, but COVID crash in business probably hurt occupancy & revenue. Hope it comes back to life with conventions, meetings and such.

The Hotel's parking was easy and convenient. The check-in was quick and easy, the facility was nice and the main hotel was well kept and in order. Shower was great and water pressure was wonderful!!

There were no usb plugs for charging up devices. There were a few small items in the hotel room that needed tidying up like trap door on wall needed to be closed up, and ceiling in shower needed to be sanded and painted.

Perfect location; lovely open areas; free garage parking; spacious clean room; good breakfast for an additional fee; dog friendly; good value

Hotel is overdue for room maintenance/repairs/updates-- especially since this is the main conference center hotel in Jeff City. However the current room rate reflects this, making the hotel a good value.

Breakfast was great. Our server (Mena?) was exceptional. Friendly, courteous, attentive. Could not have been any better. She’s a “keeper”

We wanted to eat dinner at the bar area but waited at least 10 minutes and no one was at the bar to take our order. Others were waiting too. We left and ate dinner down the street
