If I could give 10 stars I could! The staff was extremely helpful and had some of the best customer service I've ever received in any hotel! They went above and beyond in more ways than one. I was greeted from the time I walked in the door and every time until i checked out. The people there really take the time to make sure your stay is a great one! But not just the front desk but the also housekeeping because the room was extremely clean. I am a former hotel manager and am extremely picky so I know the importance of a clean room. Everything was spotless! I also had great service at the restaurant upstairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all!

I loved the location. We toured the penitentiary and the capitol, so we were well located for everything, as well as Prison Brews and High Rise Bakery.

My only complaint is that the water in the hot tub was really low. It was at my elbows. The rest of the pool was great. The pool water is the perfect temperature and the pool deck is covered in traction strips to make up for the slick surface. I just wish the hot tub had been a normal depth. I don't know if that's the hotel's fault or if kids were doing cannonballs into the hot tub.

Very clean property

Was not told at booking or check in that pool and hot tub heaters were broken down. I picked the property for it's advertised amenities and did not get the value for my money that I expected/was promised at time of booking. Eventually, a Manger offered me a free breakfast, but it was after I had already checked out, so they actually offered me nothing.

The property was clean and updated. The hot tub was working. Room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff told us about where to find the restaurant and breakfast but at check in there is so much going on it is hard to remember everything they said. I would be nice to have some information in the room about services.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was good.

We were told the pool and hot tub heater were not working. That wasn't a big deal for us but would have been disappointing if we were staying longer.

We had a little "hiccup" with our room upon check in but it was handled quickly and professionally. Enjoyed interactions with the staff, always courteous and polite. Definitely will stay here again.

The restaurant needs work. It was pretty dead when we went but very slow service. Had to wait awhile for waiter to come back so I could tell him I needed a spoon

Was happy with the breakfast had a great spread of food. I was unwell while I stayed and the staff were so helpful and supportive of me. Felt very professional and cared for.

It was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was very relaxing.

The ac vent in the bedroom did not run at all.

Bedroom TV smaller than living room. I'd switch those to make the room feel more like the master room
