This place is cozy like a home away from home. The cabins have all the amenities that a home would have from appliances to cookware. The office staff is truly helpful.Bethany went above and beyond for us on our last night there as we lost our cabin keys, and she had to come by after hours and make us a new key. The other lady recommended some restaurants that we tried and really liked. They even have DVD's you can watch. We have stayed here 3 times in 3 different cabins. We will definitely return.

Not much except the pool and jacuzzi were closed for cleaning and / or remodeling during our stay. Our DVD player seemed like it was on its way out. Luckily, they have one in each room.

We loved the whole thing it was the most amazing place for our family to get away and man we needed it it was roomy it was beautiful big comfortable from the moment you entered the property the amenities were amazing didn’t have enough time to do more then once but amazing never the less loved the huge tub in the master bedroom it was the most amazing place I’m going to be recommending this place to everyone I know and I’m going to tell them do it through booking.com cause it’s the best…

This place is absolutely gorgeous and has a very peaceful vibe, the cabins are so spacious and have a completely equipped kitchen which saves a lot of money when it comes to meals, the town itself is so beautiful, we will be going back for sure

The only and very insignificant detail was that the TV controller in one of the rooms wasn't working but it wasn't a big deal as we really didn't go there to watch TV

Very kid and adult friendly. The amenities available on site kept us entertained.

The only complaint would be the furniture really needs to be updated, specifically the chairs. The rocking chair really isn’t very comfortable and the recliner has definitely seen better days.

The amenities & privacy.

The sheets in the master bedroom had a pre existing stain. I was advised the golf clubs/balls and such were located at anytime by the course, they were not. Instead of providing me with a key to the pool at check in I was told to return when we planned on swimming, kind of an odd procedure.

We loved everything about the property, the staff, and the cabin. The cabin was very spacious and cozy. Rated 10 out of 10 stars.

The only problem we encountered was at the pool. We were not informed of the pool hours, so when we got there, there was only 15 mins to swim. The other hotels in town, the pool is open until 9.

hidden gem! our new family favorite! this place continues to wow! the listing doesn’t do it justice! it’s huge and spacious having 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was a huge plus and many places for the kids to pick to sleep and hang out. also the ref center has a huge heated pool and the jacuzzi is literally right next to it so kids could play in pool while parents relax! and the cutest little park with multiple activities to keep the kids busy and have fun! we also played mini golf and had some family competition and we can not wait to come back we don’t want to leave this place amazing!! plus if you need to go out to buy your coffee like me it’s only a 6 minute drive to starbies.

We love the mini golf course and all of the amenities. It’s also a great cabin with lots of space for families. I enjoy seeing the same employees every year when we visit.

There was some work being done on property (paving, digging up parts of the road) while we were there. It was a slight inconvenience but nothing major.

The 2-bedroom cabin was quite comfortable and quiet. The amenities at the resort (Roundhouse) were very good. The PVC is located in the outer reaches of Pinetop so you must drive a few minutes to go to the grocery store. The mini-golf and games in the park area were great. The staff in the office was wonderful! Thank you!

The activities center was rarely staffed so we finally bought our own pickleballs to play. And the "hot tub" was never hot.

Everything was great. So nice and peaceful. The cabin was amazing. I love that there was a washer and dryer in the cabin. My kids loved the mini golf, playground, pool and giant chess board.

Our only complaint we had was the jacuzzi by the pool did not have hot water. The first night we were there the water was barely luke warm. We asked the attendant who was there and she said the maintenance man won't be able to look at it until Tues. It was a lil warmer on Thursday when we left.
