Ocean view room had a beautiful outlook. Also, the complimentary noodles at 9pm were delicious.

The hotel entertainment area was a bit loud and tacky

The food is definitely the best! We stayed for two nights, the dinner and breakfast of the second day were different with the first day which was quite surprising. The staff at the restaurant were professional and friendly which was very impressive. We like the onsen too!

We stayed at the side building with not that good view and the toilet was a bit smelly, but compared with the good price it was all worth it which I can’t complain.

The hotel is by the sea! Our room and the onsen (open air public hot spring) all have fantastic sea view ! We watched the sunrise in the room. The room is beautiful Japanese style room, it’s spacious and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast are all in the banquet room. The presentation are magnificent and delicious!

Great hotel with an incredible view of the bay and lovely breakfast. Very kind stuff and lovely onsen. The only thing we didnt like is that we had to order the breakfast and dinner a day before, so staying for 2 night we didnt get a chance to try the dinner. It is understandable as the breakfast was of high quality. Also, Tuna in Nachi Katsuura is just incredible.

Lovely staff, welcoming and eager to help, providing excellent service. The hotel has a romantic old-timer vibe, yet the facilities are in good condition. The outdoor bath was beautiful in the morning with the fresh sea breeze and outstanding view, and the breakfast was exceptional. Would stay again!

There was no option to exchange the down bedding for a hypoallergenic synthetic option. Otherwise, clenching on straws to find a negative.

Although the room is a little dated, it is clean and came with a superb seaview. Hotel has its own onsen which opens from 530 am to 12 MN. The staff were polite and tried to accede to all our needs. Do note that you need to prebook dinner and BF at the hotel. We arrive late (approximately 7 pm) at the hotel and was hoping to have dinner at the hotel instead of going out for dinner. However, we were told that the kitchen is not able to cater for last minute walk-in.

It will be good if guests are able to walk-in for dinner or BF.

The tatami room had a delightful aroma, and the onsen, especially the outdoor one, was simply lovely. The restaurant was spot-on, and the staff was excellent. If you have the opportunity, try their local sake; it’s of exceptional taste and complements the dinner perfectly.

Very spacious room. A bit old but well.maintained. Half board deal is definitely a good choice. There are 2 staff speaking Chinese and we really like that. Outdoor onsen is great too. Food is great yet the portion is too big but how could I complain about that. Already recommend to friends. Btw, the view is amazing!

Loved the onsen and views from the room. Especially on good weather the morning view is spectacular from the room and outdoor onsen. Breakfast is traditional Japanese fair with some breads and hot drinks available. Great value. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Futons weren't as comfortable as some we stayed in on this trip.

Great for an authentic Japanese experience. Although staff English was limited they went out of their way to be helpful. Coastal view from the room was amazing.Hotel recently renovated- clean and fresh.

Bed’s and pillows were rather firm for what we are accustomed to.
