On a recent trip to Orlando, we stopped in Brunswick for the night. The hotel was very convenient, easy on/off the highway. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and newly renovated. The hotel was under renovations, but we didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was adequate and there were options. We would stop again.

We chose this hotel with an indoor pool for our grandkids, but the water was very cloudy and grayish, so we opted not to swim.

This is my second time at this location. I was here last year about the time of my birthday. I visited St. Simon's last year and Jekyll Island this time. Just a short distance to the Golden Isles is a savings. They are renovating and I was in one of the newly renovated rooms. My microwave was on the Fritz and they replaced it immediately. The staff were very polite and professional.

The only two things I saw were #1 the desk lamp had no shade. #2 The grab bar in the tub was missing. Though this is not a handicap room that small thing does assist in safety in and out of the tub/shower.

The room size was perfect, and the customer service was also great. The complementary breakfast could’ve been better, but I am grateful breakfast was offered at the County Inn & Suites by Radisson. My recommendation is to offer more of variety when it comes to breakfast by offering a couple options for meats. It is always better to have too much food than not have enough food for your guests, especially when they are expecting a complementary breakfast. The pool was clean, and the hours of operation was sufficient. Thank you for your checkout time, the fresh cookies, and juice you made available every day.

When your guests are expecting a complimentary breakfast, and the hotel should have a variety of food. You also want to make sure there is enough.

Hotel is undergoing renovations (specifically at the front desk) but a temporary check-in spot had been created and check-in was actually faster than normal! Room was very comfortable and the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Our room needed a little maintenance--there were a couple of spots of peeling paint on the ceiling, perhaps from water leaks in the past and some wear & tear visible on the walls, corners. The beds were VERY high, so my senior mother had some difficulty getting in and out,

Hotel was easy off the I95, clean facility, and staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast was fine the usual fare

It seems to be a little older hotel and it looks like they were in the process of updating with construction. That’s not really something to complain about. Were we on the 3rd floor and didn’t see or hear and loud noises so it didn’t bother us

It’s a little outdated but very clean Some of the furniture can be replaced ( TV stand) All employees that I encounter were very friendly and helpful . Location was excellent Breakfast was very good

The bottom of the TV stand was damage apparently from a water leak (room 303) The coffee maker in the room was missing the tray to place the coffee in

The suite was nice and spacious. Bed comfortable. breakfast very good

The coffee maker didn't work and the hair dryer was missing,but guest services took care of things immediately.

Most of the staff was friendly! The pool and hot tub worked as they should. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

The beds were itchy, hoping it wasn't bed bugs! Saw a few roaches in certain areas of the hotel. (Room and Lobby).

I was charged a different price than what I booked for. The TV didn’t work in the bedroom. The indoor pool was freezing when we arrived and hot tub and pool both were closed the next day. The AC in the fitness room was not working. The breakfast was good and location was great.

Standard hotel breakfast. Loved the fresh fruit. Not too much variety.or healthy choices. Great parking lot. Friendly staff.

I would have liked to check on a senior citizen discount but could not reach hotel directly. Went through booking.com, one price, no changing it upon check in. It’s always hard for me to have to pay over $150 for a 14 hour stay when I don’t need any amenities.
