Only complaint, I have a back injury where I need to soak in the bathtub for back pain. They could not provide a stopper so I had to drive to Walmart and purchase one. I wasn’t happy about that because hotels need to realize, not all people like to show. It was an inconvenience and it cost me gas, time and money that I should not have been responsible for.

I just put it in the box above and the breakfast was a joke so I went out to eat. More cost to the customs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Parking was easy and convenient.

Sheets were stained. Multiple buildings scattered about. Bed was uncomfortable. Bad view from window. All exterior doors were unlocked. There were several different entries to each building. Staff was polite but had very heavy accents, making it hard to communicate.

After reading reviews, I was cautious about staying here.. I was pleasantly surprised to see the building outside and inside looked newly painted and clean. Rooms were clean and bright. Great water pressure! Beds were soft but still comfy. Pillows could be plumper, but was still able to get a good night's rest.

I had requested extra towels, when I booked the room, but only had 3 small sets in the room. Had a late check in and was too tired to go back to front desk to get more towels.. Disappointed that breakfast isn't served, but several fast food breakfast facilities are located nearby.

The price.. this was the ONLY hotel that did not price gouge tf outta customers after the tornados n storms that left millions without power.

Sad bout no pool n blah breakfast. And upstairs rooms n no elevator .. But the owners are great people who aren't greedy and are trying their very best. Keep going.

customer service went above and beyond to move me to a different building due to assigned room not being functional.

No Breakfast as stated when I booked, Coffee at the front desk seemed like it was made the night before because it was COLD and I was told to warm it up in the microwave, Ice vending machines do NOT work, Snack machines on property are NOT functional, I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and my room was never cleaned or restocked with toiletries (you have to go to the front desk) there is No pool onsite.

The unit was clean, smelled good, everything worked and the mattress was comfortable.

Breakfast was very skimpy..... No protein. Sweet breads and bagels was about it. No eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, or meat gravy on biscuits or toast. I would have been happy to pay for a breakfast, if it was available, rather than drive somewhere else........

The staff were so inviting and accommodating. The facility itself was clean and adequate, no frills or extras, but very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and spacious. For a value, bare bones motel, this was a great experience.

second time staying here and i like it cause the rooms ,hallway, bathroom is always clean, and neat. I'll be back soon & i will recommend to anyone who is interested in staying

My bathroom was a bit dirty, I found a dead roach, and the tub looked like it could've used a deeper scrub but overall it wasn't too bad.

The staff had great customer service and the room was really nice and clean.

The outside ice machine needs cleaning.
