Beautiful modern place to stay. Central but just far enough from the centre for peace. Wonderfully hospitable owner who bakes several cakes and savoury goods for breakfast each day. All were fantastic and even accommodated a lactose intolerance with all cakes baked during our stay, made for hospitality. Lovely to talk to too.

Nothing, the free parking was taken up when we got there but it wasn’t far to the next (75m)

Original, quiet, cozy, comfortable and very clean space, all new appliances and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well maintained :) the location is very close to the most swimmer and non-swimmer friendly beach and a few quaint, classy restaurants, as well as the main lungomare, and just a 15 min walk to the historical, tourist packed area. Our host Silvia made sure we had everything we needed, looked after us, cooked breakfast herself and was readily available to address any issues (thank you for your kindness).

Silvia is a truly wonderful host. She offers great recommendations and goes out of her way to make your stay special. Every morning, she serves breakfast with a bright smile, a joyful spirit, and an incredible spread of homemade food and cakes. You can really feel the love and care she puts into everything she does. Silvia makes you feel truly welcomed and valued. I can absolutely recommend this charming B&B – it’s an experience you won’t forget!

The host Silvia is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for our stay in Otranto (restaurants, sights, beaches…). Free parking available is a real plus if you travel by car like us

Our room opened up into the breakfast room. Literally, right next to a table. It was not a big problem for us and anyway not much anyone can do about it, this is the layout, but it is something just to be aware of as it is not perhaps evident from the online photos

Our Host Silvia was the best! Her breakfasts were so delicious, including eggs any way you want, which was a first for a b&b in southern Italy. The rooms are very clean. The location is really close to a fantastic beach, and a short walk from the old town. Silvia makes this already good experience even better. She’s kind, friendly and caring. She love people, and she loves food (that’s my favourite trait in a person!) She packages leftovers for her guest to take on the road or to the beach. And she’s a fantastic baker.

Silvia runs an exceptional B&B. It was clean and comfortable and the daily home-cooked breakfast was delicious. The B&B is in a great location, easily walkable to the old city and to several beaches. We never had to use our car. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day and snacks are available to hungry guests after they get back from the beach. Silvia, who is a lovely person, was eager to help and give advice to first-time travelers. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering spending time in Otranto.

Loved the location. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 min to the center of the old town. The area around the B&B was very quiet, but if wanted more activity, it was just a quick 10 minute walk away. Room was perfectly clean with a big private terrace. Silvia, the host was spectacular. Went out of her way to help me and answer all my questions, customize my breakfast order, etc. Absolute 10 out of 10.

We recently spent 5 days here and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was lovely with a balcony and extra room with fridge and to store suitcases. The bathroom was large with a great shower. The breakfast was varied with eggs to order and the cakes were superb. On our return in the afternoon we were able to make a cup of tea and have another piece of cake! Our host, Slivye, was super helpful and friendly.

Beautifully decorated modern room on one floor of an old family home. Silva, the owner and host was extremely hospitable and friendly, offering us cake and a drink when we arrived, in addition to a most delicious and generous breakfast, complete with scrambled eggs made to order! The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of the Otrantro waterfront...with stunning ocean views and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. The old town there is small, but delightful to walk around. One of our fav spots on trip.

Rooms are in close proximity, so loud voices in the room next to us and on shared terrace carried quite easily. Otherwise, great!

This is a B&B but it's more like a 5 star hotel. Our room was perfect, the property is modern and very clean, free parking outside the property so also stress free. Silvia was a star able to check in super early, breakfast options are fantastic, silvia cooked us scrumptious scrambled eggs on toast. Great location the beaches/town are less than 10 minutes walk from the property.

Couldn't find anything to complain about our stay was absolutely perfect....
