The stay was amazing

Highly impressed with comfortable stay with superb cleanliness with new washroom fittings. Even bedroom is very clean with new blankets, towels etc. There is also sufficient parking in hotel premises which is located in the prime area near Dwarka circle. Overall I have experienced very pleasant stay with complimentry breakfast.

I stayed there for 1 days the hotel room and service and ambience was very peaceful and calm very good service specially thanks Vishal who handled well manner and in house food is very good and hygiene and complementary breakfast was absolutely authentic and delicious

The best part is the location it's accessible to most of the places to visit.Along with this if I talk about the cost it's reasonable and one can stay comfortably and can have the varities of food in the dinner or as breakfast and that too is not very costly.The behaviour of the staffs are quite good and satisfactory. Ambience also is upto mark. I am very much satisfied.

I think they should add lunch also in their menu as it will be easy for the people who stay there and bed can be little more comfortable other than that everything is up to mark.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very polite. We had an awesome stay. The location is also perfect for exploring the city.

A bucket should be provided in the bathroom. Reason : the hot and cold water controls make it very difficult to achieve right temperature for bath. It either becomes too hot or too cold. And trust me I like the controls and did not face issues elsewhere or even at my home where I have same setup.

It‘s newly renovated, everything is clean as it could be, not a single complain at the venue. Food and staff is top…..

The treebo-site hassled me to do some payment through some random link right after i booked or they cancel the reservation, they kept on going to do this until i got at the place. Then out of the sudden their cc-machine was broke, so they wanted….. fck‘that I paid cash. Too much scam if not through booking.com be aware!

The Breakfast is very tasty, and the location is very convenient

Nothing is unlikable, from Our check in to check out journey is very nice with Hotel kaveri.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom! Everything was in a perfect state. Great base for going to the ghat, to the citymall and the vineyards. Also very friendly and helpfull staff. Basic breakfast, but more than sufficient. The possibilty to dine at the hotel, the food was good.

Behaviour of staff

No provision of early check in. On booking com checkin/checkout time was not mentioned clearly. Moreover Hotel charged heavily (50% of room charges) for 4-5 hours early checkin even when we checked out early ie in evening at 6 pm on same day. Check in/ check out time should be early morning say around 7 am. There should be a provision of charging at hourly basis.

Breakfast was simple but good and decent and tasty. Location is central to get to any place
