This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀

Close to Leganés Central Station, amenities nearby, nice size rooms, comfortable beds and ventilation. Stayed here whilst attending a concert at La Nueva Cubierta, so location absolutely perfect for that. Staff really friendly too.

No tea/coffee/hairdryer in room, and also leave your key at reception when leaving, not a massive deal though. You can ask at reception for a hair dryer and there's a coffee machine there too, paid for.

Accessibility to the Leganes Central station, overall location, away from the busy central madrid and at the same time easy to travel from if you want to explore different areas.

Maybe a way to heat food? Unless thats available and we just didn't ask sorry 🙂, overall our stay was very pleasant!

I liked the location, size, bed comfort and air conditioning.

I came down at 7:15 to get a taxi and I wasn't super impressed with the gentleman at the desk who called for a taxi. It never came, I waited over 45 minutes for no taxi to come. He just was unhelpful and unbothered.

Location is great, close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Checkin was quick. Staff were friendly. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Parking was included. There was a mini fridge which was useful. Perfectly adequate hotel for a night or two and a decent price. Would stay again if in this area.

Surrounding area was great a lot of good restaurants, also only a few minutes from metro that took you on to central Madrid in 30 mins

The property was very clean but to much bleach used , the smell in the room was overpowering

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but clean has an A/C. Daily HS is clean and refreshing towels. Everywhere is close, some great places for breakfast and lunch are just one minute walk.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location in Leganes, close to a pharmacy, two supermarkets and many choices for breakfast and lunch/dinner. It has a 24-hour reception. The hotel is clean as well as the room (it was cleaned every day). Overall value for money.

The beds could be more comfortable. The plumbing needs some upgrade.

This is a nice hotel, situated close to the train statins just beside the pedestrian area of Leganés with all its bars and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I needed some help with my booking and they went out of their way to fix the issue.

Nice, comfortable and convenient. Easy to get to by Renfe trains via C5 line stopping at Leganes. We were very happy just using the trains a wide network of lines to whole of Madrid. We got a tourist promotion unlimited access card till August for €10. Amazing. Leganes has no interesting sights but all the conveniences of a local area.
