Central Levoce on the main square ( beautiful cultural gem), charming receptionist with excellent English, wonderful dinner at restaurant ( open on sunday evening), good room a bath, lift to the third floor was a treat.

For parking we just drove to the main square, went to hotel reception, then moved the car with their directions to the car parking at the back. I saw later that they had given directions in their confirmation email.

The accomodation was in the very centre of the beutiful town of Levice, facing the main squere. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The personel was helpful and frienfdly. There was a restaurant in the hotel which was open (kitchen) until 21 h and served good food. breakfast was also good. Parking was avaiable in the yard of the hotel. Good value for money.

The TV provided mostly local but only limited number of international channels.

The location in the Old Town was perfect. It's a 15th C building that has been beautifully remodeled. My room was lovely, and it had news channels in English. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant, where I had dinner seemed to be the best in town.

There was only one usable outlet. I had to unplug a lamp, to charge things, and then unplug my charger to use the kettle.

Lovely warm welcome from Theresa at reception. Spacious room on top/3rd floor with lift, bath/shower, tea/coffee making and mini fridge. Easy parking, beautiful setting, hotel right on the square. Enjoyed evening drinks on the patio in this stunning location. Highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was great.

Beautiful, historic hotel in the centre of the lovely town of Levoca. Excellent value for money. Food and service in the restaurant was great and very affordable. Room was huge, with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. Bus station was just a short walk from the hotel.

Wifi connection was slow and kept disconnecting. Spa facilities were closed whilst visiting, although use of them is charged per person and timed. More help and information with booking day trips would be helpful.

The Hotel is right in the middle of the square, opposite the Town Hall & the Basilica. The staff are exceedingly friendly and the rooms ultra comfortable. Furthermore the food is excellent.

Nothing - everything was great!

The hotel is centrally located and the staff were exceptional. The room was superb and we think we might have been upgraded. Very much appreciated. We had a diinner in the hotel which was extremely goodas was the lunch the next day. We can highly recommend the hotel as well as the town itself.

One morning we did take advantage of the optional extra breakfast, which was very poor. An unsupervised buffet breakfast which was unappetising and not good value. Very disappointing considering standard of the other meals we had in the hotel. But don't let that one complaint put you off. Staying in the hotl far outweighed this minor moan

Lovely building right on a beautiful, historic square. The restaurant and breakfast options were reasonably priced and of a good quality.

Minor issue with the shower, but we still really enjoyed the room.

it was ok, however, a bit overpriced for this hotel category. no airconditionin, which migh be a problem in hot summer nights and days.

We booked this hotel last minute and had excellent communication with the staff. We parked outside of the hotel and were told we could keep the car there til 0900 which was great. Check-in was quick and easy. Elevator to the room on the second floor and we found our HUGE room which was nice to relax in. Bathroom was a good size. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. What was the best part of this place? The restaurant and the breakfast. Our dinner was absolutely delicious. Waiters were kind and welcoming. Our breakfast was tasty and we were so impressed with all the options. We loved this place and would visit again and stay here. Thank you!
