The accommodation met our expectations, self check in was smooth and the room was large. We were pleased with the kettle and the ability to make tea. Breakfast was tasty. The area around the hotel is not particularly nice but it is a 10 minute walk from the centre.

The walls of the hotel are very thin, we could hear the neighbors with small children as if they were in the room with us. We could not fall asleep until midnight. The cleanliness of the breakfast dishes was not the best, but we enjoyed the breakfast itself.

Villa Zauber is exactly what you want if you plan to be able to go swimming, hiking in the mountains (High Tatras) or want to explore nearby small cities with plenty of castles, museums and local culture.

There is nothing we did not like. We would maybe recommend to have couple of small plates and cutlery knives in the rooms since there is a fridge so it assumes people will eat there.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were really comfortable. Our room had double doors leading to the balcony which was lovely. It had a kettle, hair dryer, tv and a fridge with bottled water. Couldn’t have asked for more! The breakfast was fantastic with different options of fresh bread, fresh fruit, cakes, cheeses and meats and a good cooked section. The inside of the hotel is lovely and well organised and the staff are fabulous! I really can’t rate this place highly enough!

Very nice and cozy little hotel. We booked a 2 room 4 bed apartman. Parking with the car is also nice and easy. Placed within 10 min walking distance to the shoping/food street and Forum mall. Also the historic city center is within 15mins walk. The mountains / lake are within 20-25 minutes car ride.

The hotel had everything we needed. The room was good size, plenty of space and storage. We did hear the trains passing (the train track seems to be quite close). We had a small hick-up at the check-in. I was sent wrong text message with the code for the room key collection, hence had to make a phone call. But the phone was answered instantly and error was sorted.

The property was well sign posted and easy to find. We were able to check in without having to wait for the reception to be open. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and there was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast.

The hotel is close to a railway line so for any light sleepers the noise may be a problem.

Nice location with big yard and generous park places. The villa is quite modern, with big rooms and nice furnished.

1. No air conditioner in the rooms. Considering that Poprad is at the bottom of Tatra Mountains, maybe this is not a big problem. But even so, I assume that there are some hot days during summer. 2. Some parts of furniture which are very visible used should be repaired/ replaced. 3. Coffee from breakfast buffet can be better.

The hotel is lovely, clean, and very comfortable. It's in a great location with only a short walk to the town. Although the reception was closed when we arrived, we were given clear instructions for accessing the hotel and finding our room, which made the process very simple. Breakfast was excellent.

Quiet comfortable and lovely 'private villa' type accommodation. Great value for money. Our suite was roomy and very nicely decorated.

Breakfast was ok. Very limited and coffee not good. Also only till 9.30am. Location whilst good was a bit unfortunate to have to go via underground railway walkway where a few 'unsavoury' people were hanging about and felt v uncomfortable but not dangerous. Check out very early at 10am.

Very pleasant facility and friendly staff. Parking in front of the building, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately breakfast very basic. No local products, pseudo jams packed in plastic. No healthy food, all poor quality, cereal instead of muesli, sweetened juices It would be worth working on this because the hotel has its own charm. The railway line behind the building does not make it easy to fall asleep.
