The breakfast and the dinner were excellent, with a lot of delicious food, and diversity. The play rooms for children from inside the hotel were extremely useful for us. The view from our room was very beautiful, seeing the Tatra mountains. The room was big enough. The pools are nice, having a lot of choices where you want to spend your time. For sure it's a place where we would like to come back.

The pillow was very uncomfortable, the bed (we chose the large bed) was made by putting together 2 single beds, but still large so we had enough space, and the outside pools with slides were not open (maybe due to the final of the season, our stay at the hotel started 1st of September, but still).

Ease of booking, facilities close to the rooms, great pools and wellness. Half board is excellent value, quality food, and plenty of it. The property is very central on outskirts of city centre. Lidl is just a 10 minute stroll away if you forget anything as minibar is extremely expensive. There are two childrens play areas, one beside the bar and a bigger one beside the main reception. Advice would be to bring flip flops, slippers are €3.50 at reception. There are lockers beside the pool and are easily accessible and free with your wrist fob.

The pool doesn't open until 11am on Mondays. At the evening meal you need to purchase any drinks you like, even tap water. The wellness is only open at 14:00 and closes at 20:00. It is not clothes optional. You're given a sheet to cover up, so be aware of nudity in the Sauna area. (Not the norm in Britain & Ireland) The room, although plenty big, is gone very tired and could do with updating.

The food at breakfast and dinner was great - delicious and with variations every day. The staff at the reception, restaurant and café was welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy, the bidet in the bathroom was a big plus, and the balcony was great for enjoying the mountain view in the evening.

Rude staff in the aquapark's playground kicking people out 30 min before the published closing time. Music during the animation show at the pool was too loud.

Half board included which is good and convenient, no other place to find food. Room is big and bed and pillow are comfortable. Balcony of good size and view is just ok. About 10 mins walk to main station from the car park side. Shower room is big with 2 separate toilet bowls and long bath. Shower pressure is good. Very convenient to go water park directly.

No free water provided. Even during dinner need to pay for plain water. Breakfast spread is better with coffee and juices included. No conditioner, only shampoo. No air conditioning but they provide a small fan.

Hotel was great, water park was brilliant even if a bit tired looking , there is so much potential for other things which would make a park even better. Staff in a hotel was great, especially one of the receptionist with a short hair , she was absolute gem , very helpful. We did enjoy our stay , It was a good fun for our little one too.

We traveled as a family of 3 with our 4 year old. There was no sofa bed , so we all had to sleep on 2 singles pushed together, it wasn't a double bed as stated either. Maybe it's standard for them but we never came across this in other hotels.

Room size and viewes are great. Pool area very good. Great idea that the dinner is also included so you do not have to search for restaurants in the evening. The maintanance guy is a fantastic person, he helped us so much when the battery of our car was broken. Dogfriendly hotel.

Too many annoying children. Cleaning lady entered our room while the Do not disturb sign was on the door. Pillows could be harder.

The jam dispenser (only one type of jam-apricot) at breakfast was not refilled for three days in spite of our request tap water only upon request and charged for 1€ for 500ml, which is quite embarrassing for a hotel of this range The Mountain View rooms are bit of a walk away compared to the other rooms. When arriving as per Google maps, do not drive over the housing area-access is closed(don’t think there ever was any).Make sure you drive over the main road Stefanikova(66).

The pools and the spa are fantastic. You can go from the room to the pool in 2 min and depending on the weather stay out or inside.

Sometimes pools were temporarily unavailable for guests due to swimming curses or other group activities organized by external people, but you have so many other pools that it doesn't necessarily create an issue. We have already been a couple of years ago and the dinner service did not improve much. I think service during dinner is not having the same standard as the overall stay, I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. Great choices of meals.

Mixing smokers with nonsmokers in the same wing. The people below us were smoking on the balcony, and the smoke was rising to our room. I would suggest creating wings for smokers and not mixing them with us nonsmokers. The opening hours of facilities were odd. We suggest that facilities stay open longer than just 6 hours.

Room was comfortable There is playground at the reception level, at the bar as well as inside the aquapark itself which is absolutely fabulous when traveling with little children Breakfast and dinner buffet was lovely
