Generally speaking everything was very good or great. Among all positive sides I want to highlight: - charming and professional hostess - great contact with her, - delicious breakfast prepared by hostess herself, - garden with tables and chairs, - big bathroom, - comfortable bed (small remark - look below), - it's close to grocery store and restaurants

There were some aspects that could be problem for some people. - Bed is ok for people <185 cm. It could be too short for taller guests. - The Pension is close to a church and there is rather busy street nearby. For some people, the sound of bells and cars can make it impossible to sleep with the windows open. However, as I wrote above Monato is excellent place with nice hostess. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect. I have never met a nicer host than Monika, she was very helpful. The room was clean and cozy, it had a microwave, a fridge, towels, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, even body lotion and makeup remover. We arrived late but Monika stayed up, gave us our key and showed our room. When I contacted her, she responded very quickly. The breakfast was exeptional, I asked for gluten free breakfast and she provided gluten free bread, and an amazing cookie. She even cooked us ham and eggs and scramled eggs. We spent one night but it was an amazing stay and the kindness of Monika lightened our day. We will definetly come back.

We loved the friendliness of Monika and her husband. Monika especially really looked after us, making sure we had a lovely breakfast every morning which included cold and hot food. On the day we were leaving we had a very early flight, but Monika made sure we had breakfast as very quickly she made some for us, which we were so thankful as the airport had only a few sandwiches only , as it's a tiny one. The room was extremely spacious, clean, huge bed and in my opinion a bit hard mattress but comfortable. We had parking just off street and outside the property, also free of charge. This property is not in the heart of Poprad but it's only 5min away from the airport by car, making the departure even easier. There's a supermarket opposite the property (1min walk) so if you need anything it's just there. There are also a few good restaurants within walking distance, perfect in case you wish to drink but not drive. Overall, if I would go back to Poprad I would love to be able to book Monato again!

Please note: if you're a wheelchair user there's no fully accessible room as in order to get into the property you have 2-3 steps, then another 2/3 to enter the ground floor room and once there you have another 3/4 steps down to enter the bathroom area. In there, the bathtub and the shower are not suitable for wheelchair users either. The toilet bowl is also separated from the rest of the bathroom which is good for privacy but again not suitable for wheelchair users. As a person with mobility issues I was struggling a bit, as I'm not able to freely move around in the morning 🙃.

Good location, a few restaurants near by, very friendly host. Bathroom was nearly double the size of the bedroom. Style was great, we loved our stay there.

Storage was very limited. One narrow wardrobe for two people for several nights is not enough. That meant that all of our belongings were spread around the room for the entire duration of our stay.

We booked the room just a few hours before the arrival, but everything was fine. Unfortunately as we booked it too late, we couldn't order breakfast which I understood from other comments that is very good. The kitchen can be used by everybody and it is equipped with everything you need. We needed only to use the fridge. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and it has nice bathtub where you can relax :) We could use the terrace, which is nice decorated. The location is easy to find and the parking space is just in the front on the pension. The pension is located in a quiet place. There is a market nearby and the city center is 30 minutes walking distance. (I would recommend Spisska Sabota, which I understood that is the old center).

The pension is located in a quiet place, which was perfect for us during the night, but our room (Deluxe King Room) was near the entrance, so we could hear the others coming in the building at night and leaving in the morning, talking, etc. The other thing was that we could hear the pipes working at night, and it can disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. In our room it was only one closet which is not enough for 2 people if you want to stay for several days. For us it was enough as we arrived in the afternoon and we left in the morning.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The quality of fixtures was high and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast, including service and owners were amazing! We had all we needed.

Too much fragrance for my taste however this was only a personal preference, not anything negative.

We liked the amazing staff, perfect cleanness, rich breakfast, cozy room, and the huge bathroom. We also loved the location.

The view from the window was not perfect, but it is as it is. It does not depend on the host. It could be good to have a table for longer stays.

The host was very nice and the terrace was lovely. You could use the kitchen without limits. The room was lovely and very clean.

The breakfast could have been more varied for how much we paid. It was also not close to the centre, but close enough to one of the buses to go up the valley.

The location perhaps because I use public transportation. The bus station and the train are about 15 / 20 min away. Not terrible
