The location is great, the hotel is located inside the Aquacity with direct the access to all pools and facilities, so no problem even if the weather is bad. I also offer the access to the gym and sauna/wellness, which is well furnished and looks like a cave. Food (breakfast and dinner) offered good choices.

The reception is hard to find, it is located at 3rd floor. The room is relatively small and can get hot. It is opened to a common terrace, which is bit strange. Aquacity can be quite crowded, or - if there is no crowd - many facilities are closed.

It is best to drive, else need to walk 1.2km from the train. Room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. The reception is at 3rd floor. The staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There are lifts, which are good for those with big luggage. Breakfast from 0700-1000hr & dinner 1800-2130hr. Both are buffet style, with good varieties. There is a 50m swimming pool, plus a smaller pool. I especially enjoyed with thermal pool to soak and relax. Overall very happy to stay here.

Location is a bit far for those who don't drive.

The food was really good compared to other 4 stars hotels in the region. Option of fresh vegetables and fruits, different sorts of meat, vegetarian options. There is a kids corner next to the restaurant well equipped, really comfortable. The double rooms are renovated and nice inside. The spa is ok, but there were little uncomfortable problems, all realted to the spa and its operating system. The kids spa is nice and there is animation program in the afternoon.

The spa facilities. 1. As it is an open spa and wellness there are MANY people, and the facilities to put your towels, robes are not carefully organized. In the inside main wellness we could not find any free spot to put our robes, so we could only enjoy the outdoor pools. Inside the spa it is very expensive, a small bottle of water costs 3 EUR. 2. The opening times of the spa facilities do not consider hotel guests. Everything closes at 20.00 and then opens at random times in the morning again. I could not use the gym, as it opened only at 11 am xdxd 3. Check out time is ridiculously early at 10 am.... So you can only enjoy the wellness it your check in afternoon if you stay only one night, as on the second morning all the wellness facilities are CLOSED!

Absolutely great place. Facilities were awesome. The pools, the spa and sport facilities. All included in the rate. And the staff was most helpful. Giving loads of tips about the surrounding trails for hiking and areas where to ski. Our reservation had some issues and booking team was not able to resolved. The hotel staff found the best solution possible to address our problem. And to top everything else - The New year’s Eve Party was best!

The breakfast bar was getting bit boring after few days of stay, but we were also just spoiled with how good everything else was.

We have been here couple of years ago and loved it. This time we realized they are pet friendly and we brought our lil doggo with us. The visit was great. We enjoyed the spa area a lot and also made a trip to the High Tatras. We will be coming back for sure.

The main negative was how hot and humid it was in the room. We are staying above the spa area and seems like the ventilation is not working well as we had to have the windows open constantly to air out the humid air. Additionally, I would like if the spa section would be open either earlier or longer for the hotel guests. On weekends it gets very crowded and it only opens earliest at 12.00 which seems very late if you are staying in the hotel.

Location near aqua park, wellness and cruise chamber. Fantastic dinner- part of half board. Parking free and convenient.

Staff at the front desk was not very friendly- no smiles, no customer attitude, they helped- but it felt like they were forced to do it. Same at the bar, except one very friendly lady. It’s very hot at the hotel.

It was a great chance to lay down on the wellness pools. I would suggest to everyone, You should calm down here and relax a bit. The rooms, the pools, the whole hotel are simple perfect.

The food was a bit short, though maybe it was because the season has not started yet.

Dinner quality is great. Wellness is top notch. Swimming pool also amazing.

Breakfast not the best, kinda the same every day with small changes. No alternative milk or gluten free products at all. Agree with previous comments that the Aquacity could be open until 9 or 10 for hotel guests even if its just limited parts of it as 8 is too early to close for hotel guests.

Everything was great. We had 2 little kids under 3. They served meals for kids like porridge for breakfast, there were 2 kids corners full of toys, great pools that were in evening hours almost empty. Train station is very close, so 1 day we made a train trip to Hrebienok. Bachledka is also amazing place to have a trip. Both of them are close to hotel (30 min. drive by car) and are ok for strollers.
