$86 pet fee with taxes!!!!

It was a nice clean room. Everything worked as it should. They have a good breakfast.

I didn’t like the 15$ a day parking fee. That I never was told about. I got a credit card receipt after I checked out and left or I would have never knew about it.

The room size size was great and staff was awesome. Great customer service.

The breakfast food was awful. The first day we were unable to get any eggs sausage etc. because the line for waffles was so long that while we were in line they started clearing the remainder of the food. On the second day we went down after 7:00 and the food was cold. The potatoes were soggy and cold and the taste was awful. None of the food that was available was quality food. The only thing that was worth eating were the bagels and waffles. The eggs were just alright. Not enough protein options. Nothing but carbs. If given the option I would not have chosen to pay for breakfast.

The property itself location and amenities were all excellent definitely would recommend..

The room. next to us was loud and smoking marijuana the whole stay ( since that family stayed the whole time we were there we were afraid to say anything to the hotel because we didn’t want to deal with the family if they got into trouble) it made it to where we were not really able to use the balcony. Which was all my mother was really able to do this stay . They had difficulty with an elevator most of the stay and room keys not working last couple days ( staff was polite and really tried to help with keys)

Cleanliness, especially our room on the beachfront! Also, a great breakfast offering every day! And the pool area was always in pristine condition. And most importantly, the staff at the desk as well as house cleaning staff were most accommodating. The purpose of staying there, our first in Pensacola area, was to check out the area as our grandson will be moving there for pilot training. This hotel will be just right!!

A dog must have pooped down the inner stairwell, at least from the second floor down and it appeared that stairwell was never cleaned in our stay as we saw stairs as daily exercise vs the elevators. However, the area rug on the second floor where the dog first apparently had a diarrhea attack was cleaned and there was no smell. But the stairs need attention……no smell but a negative feeling for anyone using them!

Everything and Everyone on a whole, was great! So grateful to be able to bring my dog! That made all the difference in our choice of location. The heated pool, the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!! The staff was extremely helpful and polite!

The few things to comment about in this section are hardly anything to COMPLAIN about! Just a suggestion and so... We were on the 2nd floor and although there was a soda vending machine, it would've been nice not to have to go down to the lobby for late night snacks, lol. And the room was definitely clean but the soap, shampoo and other bathroom options were empty. We brought our own so no biggie. We ran out of toilet paper on our last morning. And lastly... The furniture seemed to be on a tour way past it's time. Meaning the stains on it made it appear unclean. Honestly this DID NOT change our lovely stay. We would definitely book with you AGAIN!

Property was nice and clean. Location was the best you can get. Beaches were beautiful, pools and the Hilton next door pools were so nice. Breakfast was so delicious and was different everyday. Lobby was always nice and clean. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Linens on bed were nice but some of the towels were thin and small.

My balcony door I could see daylight through. Wasn’t well insulated. Toilet needed a little work. Would run all day if u didn’t know how to stop it. Beds were not the worst but not the best either. I slept ok but they were a little firm.

Been coming here since 2007. Hotel is lovely as usual. Love the beach, breakfast, spacious room, gorgeous views, shopping, restaurants, night life, friendly staff, etc. Would love to stay longer!

I recommend making sure there is no mold in the bathrooms. Also, the sea water was strange this summer. Hotter water than usual, murky and overtaken with active jellyfish. We ended up getting ear infections and stings all over the body. Not a fault of the hotel, but Florida really needs to step up their game clean up the bacteria in the water.

The breakfast choices were fantastic, my 4 year was so excited for chocolate m&m waffles!

I took a shower on the morning of my check out (1 night stay) & noticed the last guests washcloths were hanging on the shower curtain rod still. It was evident the shower curtain that was in their room during their stay hadn’t been changed out. One can only hope the sheets and such were!

Our stay was four nights and five days and we enjoyed our stay! Affordable/great price for our trip. Great beach access, it takes a few minutes to get there and it's so clean! Breakfast was good and changed every single day, which is nice. Had tons of variety omelettes, eggs, potato's, fruit, waffles, and more. Room was clean and huge! There's putt putt next door and restaurants walking distance. Go to CRABS. Used the gym 3 times and enjoyed it as much as I could. Book it!

Cons: -The towel quality was horrible (we got new ones daily) for showering. My boyfriend is 6'3 and we got tiny towels that were ripped up or extremely rough. -Dogs barking in early morning was frustrating and some even pooped in the hallways. I get it 💩 happens. Every place has pros and cons, but we would come back again and recommend!
