Location was great, proximity to essential services, yet set back from the highway for quiet, convenient parking. Found the hotel common areas, hallway sixth floor, and my room exceptionally clean looking and smelling, and easy on the eyes for this category of hotel. AC worked efficiently. Tons of useful counterspace. Room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom good size too. Special mention and kudos and Ms. Tina Kissinger (spelling?) who helped pack up some breakfast one morning when we were a little late after the 930am closing. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Details like bath towels were too thin and kind of small. Toilet seat wobbled like crazy. Closet on small side for two adults. Shower ingress/egress snug for tall persons. Mini fridge noisy, so we had to unplug it to sleep at night. These are what come to mind. Overall a great stay albeit on the pricier side for this hotel class in our opinion. Pensacola hotels seemed pricier than expected overall during our search. Shame our weather was so inclement during our three days. Would recommend and return to this property nonetheless.

Breakfast was awesome location was very good , quiet. Beds were comfortable and very clean.

You advertised that you were not pet friendly. Early into our stay we heard a dog in the room next to us. We chose you because you said that you did not allow pets. We have really bad allergies and cannot be around animals. The front desk was notified that there was a dog in the room next to ours. We were told that there’s nothing that they could do about it. My question to you is: why do you advertise that you don’t allow it when in fact you do. My husband had to sign a form upon check in that we did not have a pet with us. I think this issue needs to be taken care of.

Breakfast was convenient and good

1. After Checking in I was trying to take a nap after a 9 hour drive. And individuals where banging loudly on my door questioning my stay evidently the staff that had checked me in some how didnt safe my stay in the Room. So I could no longer take a name was exhausted that day. 2. I don't like how thin the walls are I could hear every thing that was happening in the Room next door.

The office staff was professional, helpful, and kind. Freshly baked sugar and chocolate chip cookies were available upon arrival and were very good. The cleanliness was over the top. I thought it was a brand-new facility, but found it was 4 years old. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very large. The location is close to everything. I would highly recommend!

Very nice hotel to stay in while exploring Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach! Nice, clean rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Good breakfast, especially the sweet rolls! Staff were all very nice, especially K at the front desk who gave us tips on the best places to check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was hot and delicious. I enjoyed the variety and selections. I also appreciated the distance between the hotel and the beach.

We chose the hotel because there was a pool. But would have preferred it to have been heated as the water was unbearably cold. Even the small child who jumped in got right back out because it was just too cold.

It was clean, modern, comfortable and convenient to shopping, roads to beach area . The room had usb ports on each side of bed making it very convenient for charging devices.

We must have had an elephant in the room over us who was up early in the morning. The egg omelette was not hit. This seems to be a continuing problem in hotels we’ve stayed in.

The beds are absolutely awesome and the location was perfect.

We had some issues with getting the room cleaned and amenities left like cups for coffee. We were a little late getting out of the room one morning and nothing was cleaned, trash overflowing. The night clerk helped but my understanding the beds would be made every day and the trash removed and refill on the basics that are in the room

Breakfast was great, our room was clean and comfy, and Tiffany at the front desk was a rock star! The hotel's systems were down and she had to do everything on paper, a very stressful day for her obviously, but she was very friendly and positive and helpful! She has a great attitude and we appreciated her and her wonderful energy!

We wish there was a hot tub but that didn't change the fact that this was a wonderful stay.

Kizzy was the one who checked us in and she was a wonderful person! She was very friendly and personable person. Had a lovely time chatting with her while she checked us in. Tina Marie who did breakfast in the mornings was great at giving us tips for checking out local places to eat. We had a wonderful time while we were here
