Food at the hotel was the best out of the restaurants in the area. Bed was extremely comfortable and the view of the gulf was nice. All the workers were very friendly. The beach we were at was public but very secluded from the public as the hotel is pretty secluded which I enjoyed.

The beach could’ve been kept cleaner but I do understand it is a public beach. Along with the fact you have to pay for the pricey beach chairs even though you’re at a resort and it should be included. Again, it is a public beach so there are clear downsides to that. We utilized the room service, forgot to tip the first time when they cleaned the room and did a pretty good job. The next time they came to clean we left a $20 tip and they did not bring us any fresh towels like they did the first time and did not put the sheets on correctly so they were coming undone our entire night sleep from there on out. When we called the front desk to bring up the towels that weren’t given to us, it took 25 minutes to bring them up so I was waiting in the shower for a while for the towels.

The place was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The beds and beddings and pillows were so comfortable I couldn't believe how comfy it was The views were amazing .

The only issue we had was that whoever was above us decided to pour out some old beer over their railing and it splattered all over our balcony and almost got on us and stank really bad. It was like pouring 2 pitchers of beer down on us. It was disgusting and rude . Thankfully it didn't get on us but it stank so bad we had to leave the balcony area and pour water all over it to get rid of the smell.

The hotel was great. I will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning, quit working in the middle of the night, and we had to move to another room. We would have appreciated being compensated more, but they just gave us two free breakfasts which I thought was kind of cheap. Other than that it was a good experience.

A microwave in the room would have been appreciated, instead of having to go down to the front desk and have them heat your items for you

Excellent facilities! Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and bright, and the balcony is a nice size. Pool area is so nice with a great tiki bar! Direct access to the beach, onsite restaurant, and free parking gave us all we need. Thank you, PBR for a great vacation!

My 1 and only "wish" for the resort is to provide some type of access to a microwave. I can understand not 1 in every room, but at least a few in a common area somewhere. Your food is delicious, but sometimes we want to save a little for later. Also, people with medical sensitivities (my husband) are limited to certain foods (such as simple soups) and having a microwave makes it convenient to store in the fridge and then heat up later.

-Confusion at the front desk when I tried to extend stay by 2 days, took to the next day to resolve -Shower had no place to put soap or shampoo -Bathroom floor (maybe just the grout color) but looked dingy -Wish room had more places to place a suitcase -Closet area could not accommodate full length clothing -At the pool shaded lounges were always hard to find

The overall look of the resort was spectacular! Loved our balcony. Loved the Tiki Bar. Loved how quickly maintenance attended our needs. Staff was very nice!!

Not enough lighting in our room. Two light bulbs were out. No microwave. Not chairs and umbrellas included in our cost, had to pay extra. I've been to other resorts and this was included. I just felt like for a resort and the cost, it should've been a little more posh than hotel amenities.

The bellman at the front door was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us with places to eat. They will also transport you in there golf cart to anywhere on the island. The food at the Windrose restaurant on site was very nice, the food was delicious and the staff were excellent! Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Great views from the balcony. They have a parking garage so your vehicle is safe. Entrance to the beautiful beach can be accessed from the Lobby or both levels of the parking garage.

Everything was great and I have no cons for this wonderful resort.

The large ocean front balcony, smell of the room (weird thing to say but our last hotel we stayed at didn’t smell good like this one lol!), the view is seriously stunning when you walk in to check in after driving for 11 hours was breathtaking! Clean room, huge shower, different foods available to purchase. Will definitely stay again!!

No iced coffee/latte available anywhere on the property, no microwaves to access to warm up food for my kiddos.

The room was so very beautiful! We had a Gulf-side room with a balcony. It was heavenly!!! We saw dolphins right outside our room (just off shore!!!) We were blessed to be in PB when there's a full moon because it brightened our room all night. The sound of waves crashing on shore helped us sleep so good! There are very good light blocking drapes in this room also. The walk in shower was very nice; great spray and a big floor area. Donna (our server for breakfast) was SO very sweet!! She is the epitome of a gentle Southern woman and reminded me of my beloved step-mother (also Donna) who passed in 2015. The food was very expensive, but she was a delight!!! The front desk staff is exceptional as well. EVERYONE we encountered at The Pensacola Beach Resort was so very nice! The views from this resort are so very beautiful.

The underground parking. VERY narrow spaces amidst supporting columns. We could park in handicapped spots (my daughter has a handicap placard) but there weren't enough of them. The sink in bathroom is incredibly shallow. Water would splash out onto counter. The beds are very high (which *I* love, but my handicapped daughter had a little difficulty climbing in and out of bed). My bed (which was closest to balcony) had a squeaky bed frame (I called a friend and while chatting they asked what that sound was, I said I was climbing down from bed. They could hear that sound all the way in WI haha).

I absolutely loved the location with it being right there on the ocean and quick access to the boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable and was spacious. The front desk staff was super friendly and responsive to my requests, and I felt like they listened to my concerns/request and responded quickly. Bartenders were all personable, knowledgeable, and quick to make a variety of drinks quickly and efficiently.

The only minor complaint that I had was with housekeeping. There were several long dark hairs in the shower and there was someone's food left out on the balcony that was not ours. We went to get towels one day for the beach and there were no towels in the racks even though it was early in the morning. I feel that housekeeping was the area that has the opportunity for most improvement and attention to detail.
