Fabulous stay at the Pensacola Beach. The rooms had a great view of the open ocean. The hotel is ideally located; walkable to lots of restaurants nearby like Flounders, Salt, Bonsai etc. that have great food options. The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The jacuzzis and pool area is great. The kids especially loved the facility to visit the pool areas of the adjoining properties on both sides. The staff was great; breakfast spread was scrumptious with loads of options to either go for the buffet or order off the menu. Easy drive to Destin - Big Kahuna's etc. Jet Ski, Golf cart rentals very close by too. We were even able to get some surfing lessons in from a shop nearby. Overall a great location and a grand stay. Would go back anytime!!

I was very happy with the resort in general... I didn't quite know what to expect... having never been to a Holiday Inn Resort before, I thought that it was a really nice facility. It was in a great part of town to be able to get to other restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches... without having to drive very far or even drive at all.

I thing it was all good... I cannot come up with anything that made me think it should be different or better. It was a nicer experience than I was really expecting.

Only spent One night so did not have the opportunity to try many of the facilities. The breakfast was excellant, plenty of choice and promptly served. A mistake concerning being charged for the breakfast, when it was included in my booking, and not an extra charge, was quickly resolved.

The instructions to get access to the Hotel wifi internet service was made difficult as the instructions to logon shown on the website, are incorrect. However a trip to the Front Desk solved the confusion posed by the incorrect instructions on the hotel site page. The current roadworks are a challenge to navigate for access to the hotel, but this is only a temporary inconvenience.

The lazy river and pool were very nice. Good food and shopping options within walking distance, across the street. The beach is right outside the back door.

We didn't like that parking was not free. Nothing in the booking mentioned a $15/day parking fee for anyone staying there. When booking, it did show an option for "private parking" for $15/day in small print. However, there is no "private parking" at this hotel. There is just one big parking lot in the front of the hotel. The fee was also not included in my total when I booked a room. I was only informed of the fee once we arrived. There were also no baggage carts available to take bags to and from our room. I had to wait for someone to finish using one in the parking lot and asked them for it.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! The rooms, the pool, the activities, walking distance from literally everything! We stayed for 4 nights! Our room was cozy and clean! The restaurant and breakfast was so good. We had food brought out poolside. My kids loved the movie night every night and the mermaid and pirates during the day. We spent so much time going on the lazy river and in the pool and you can also use the pool for the next hotel over as well. It was not crowded at all anywhere. We didn’t have to wait to eat or get anywhere which was great. There was plenty of parking which was great. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. They provide plenty of towels and free water during the day.

Everything was amazing!

It was even better than I remembered! We stayed, Just my husband and I, back in 2015 and brought our kids this time(age 1 &5) and they had a blast! We really enjoyed having access to multiple pools and all the extras they have for the kids!

They put us in room with a shower instead of a bath.. I didn't think to request it since we put their ages on the registration so I assumed we would get a room with a bath but that was not the case. We had already unpacked half our things when I noticed it or else we would've asked to move rooms but we made it work.

I love the hotel and the room was nice and I like the balcony. I I also loved the pool area, and I especially like everyone I came in contact with!! My favorite was Tracey at the pool area!! Very helpful, we asked about lots of things and she was a joy to talk to. Let me not forget to mention the ocean was just steps away!! Thanks to all the nice Employees!!

Well, I question if the housekeeper actually, just made our bed or if she changed the sheets. There was some blood on one of the pillowcases, and I asked my husband if he remembered bleeding on one of his pillows and he said no. It had blood spots on it. I always bring my own pillow in my own Pillowcase, so I know it wasn't me!! Just wondering, of course, we didn't use that pillow.

I love the whole setup. The clean pool/lazy river, the comfortable lounges at the pool. The tiki bar is nice right by the pool with happy hour specials.The nice piped in music at the pool with some live music at certain times. Great beach access! The very comfortable beds, great shower with good water pressure and temperature. I love how close the hotel is to shops and restaurants. You can walk to so many different shops/ restaurants and not worry about driving around.

The breakfast bar was good but the same every day.

We had great experiences over all it was very clean. The breakfast was really good. Staff were kind and helpful. Access to the beach. The view from the Hotel was breathtaking. Access to use the pools with Fairfield Inn. The pools were warm specially the indoor pools. Loved the hot tubs! It’s winter so we basically had the resort to our selves. It was super nice!

Wish we knew sooner that we could use the next door pools :) but we still enjoyed it the last day!

The beds are comfortable and rooms are very nice. The pool is the best part with the lazy river. That's where we spent most of our time, it was great. The ice cream place had a lot to choose from and the lady was nice.

There was nothing that I didn't like! I wish they would put brochures in the room telling what all is offered on the premises. We didn't know that we could go to the pools next door. We didn't know that the movies were played at pool side and at what time. There was a lot that we weren't told about.
