$86 pet fee with taxes!!!!

The breakfast was delicious and had several items to choose from daily. The disabled shower with shower seat & adjustable shower head was very helpful with my disability plus the nice bottles of soap, shampoo & conditioner was conveniently attached to the wall & had pumps on each, The view from 4th floor balcony was amazing!

The bathroom had hair around the toilet and in the shower, and the carpet smelled like dog poop in one corner. The phone charger ports didn’t work well, the room phone didn’t work (which made it tough to go downstairs and get necessities like towels & TP because no housekeeping is available if you have a pet with you). The bed was terribly uncomfortable (especially for people with bad backs) and the furniture was uncomfortable but we made it work.The ice maker was rarely able to give us ice (4th floor) and last, we were double charged ($75x2) for ONE pet (still waiting for a Hampton Inn rep to get back with us per a survey).

the rooms were decent. Breakfast was good. The pools were nice, and having the balcony and gulf view was great.

When we arrived the bathroom door in one of ours rooms wouldn’t latch closed, and the toilet clogged the first time it was flushed. Maintenance came up pretty quickly and addressed both issues after we called the front desk. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came into either of our room, even though it was clearly posted that housekeeping would come every other day… we had to ask for towels, trash bags, and toilet paper more than once.. other than that the stay was pretty good

It was a nice clean room. Everything worked as it should. They have a good breakfast.

I didn’t like the 15$ a day parking fee. That I never was told about. I got a credit card receipt after I checked out and left or I would have never knew about it.

We loved everything about this hotel! We came for the view of the Blue Angels and couldn't have been in a better spot. This hotel is actually the center of the show. Perfect for little ones. We were steps from the beach, and the breakfast is so good. I think our favorite part was that all the hotels on that strip let you use all the pool areas, which was awesome. When our kids got bored with one pool, we just went to another. SO FUN! We will be back next year!

The breakfast food was awful. The first day we were unable to get any eggs sausage etc. because the line for waffles was so long that while we were in line they started clearing the remainder of the food. On the second day we went down after 7:00 and the food was cold. The potatoes were soggy and cold and the taste was awful. None of the food that was available was quality food. The only thing that was worth eating were the bagels and waffles. The eggs were just alright. Not enough protein options. Nothing but carbs. If given the option I would not have chosen to pay for breakfast.

The property itself location and amenities were all excellent definitely would recommend..

The room. next to us was loud and smoking marijuana the whole stay ( since that family stayed the whole time we were there we were afraid to say anything to the hotel because we didn’t want to deal with the family if they got into trouble) it made it to where we were not really able to use the balcony. Which was all my mother was really able to do this stay . They had difficulty with an elevator most of the stay and room keys not working last couple days ( staff was polite and really tried to help with keys)

Cleanliness, especially our room on the beachfront! Also, a great breakfast offering every day! And the pool area was always in pristine condition. And most importantly, the staff at the desk as well as house cleaning staff were most accommodating. The purpose of staying there, our first in Pensacola area, was to check out the area as our grandson will be moving there for pilot training. This hotel will be just right!!

A dog must have pooped down the inner stairwell, at least from the second floor down and it appeared that stairwell was never cleaned in our stay as we saw stairs as daily exercise vs the elevators. However, the area rug on the second floor where the dog first apparently had a diarrhea attack was cleaned and there was no smell. But the stairs need attention……no smell but a negative feeling for anyone using them!

Everything and Everyone on a whole, was great! So grateful to be able to bring my dog! That made all the difference in our choice of location. The heated pool, the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!! The staff was extremely helpful and polite!

The few things to comment about in this section are hardly anything to COMPLAIN about! Just a suggestion and so... We were on the 2nd floor and although there was a soda vending machine, it would've been nice not to have to go down to the lobby for late night snacks, lol. And the room was definitely clean but the soap, shampoo and other bathroom options were empty. We brought our own so no biggie. We ran out of toilet paper on our last morning. And lastly... The furniture seemed to be on a tour way past it's time. Meaning the stains on it made it appear unclean. Honestly this DID NOT change our lovely stay. We would definitely book with you AGAIN!

Property was nice and clean. Location was the best you can get. Beaches were beautiful, pools and the Hilton next door pools were so nice. Breakfast was so delicious and was different everyday. Lobby was always nice and clean. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Linens on bed were nice but some of the towels were thin and small.

My balcony door I could see daylight through. Wasn’t well insulated. Toilet needed a little work. Would run all day if u didn’t know how to stop it. Beds were not the worst but not the best either. I slept ok but they were a little firm.
