We were very hesitant about staying here due to poor reviews but we are super glad we did. My family really enjoyed our stay at Rest & Relax Inn. The hotel was beautifully designed, clean, safe, only 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, also convenient to food & other activities. We will be staying here again when we plan our next beach trip which will be very soon seeing how this hotel is super budget friendly. A big thank you to the staff that went above and beyond for us. We appreciate you all! 10 out of 10 we highly recommend!!!

We loved every minute of our stay

we left tampa for hurricane milton monday night, booked another hotel which didnt tell us they had a pet limit when we called before we drove 7.5 hrs. they refused us a stay so we called rest and relax and they accepted us right away and last minute, it was convenient to restaurants and shopping and the interstate. it's also close to hospitals as a mom of 2 boys and a wife of a chronically Ill husband those were a huge bonus. they also didn't have a pet limit which is amazing. pool was clean , people were respectful , staff was awesome and accommodating.

that my room was connected to another room but that isn't that big of a deal. obv not a deal breaker.

Very accommodating, very kid friendly and family friendly as well... very clean and well kept...the rooms where very nice and clean plenty of room....the pool was very well maintained and kept up crystal clear blue....

No coffee or breakfast. But there is a waffle house at the end of the road as you first turn on it....it's in walking distance for those of you who like to walk....also the owner does not allow you to sit outside your room in a folding chair you have to stand up when you wanna go outside to get fresh air and for those of you who are handicapped and cannot stand for a long period of time this can be a bit of a problem for you......

The room was big enough. We had 2 bathrooms which was great. 2 full size beds and a let out couch which was enough room for us all.

No room service, we had to sweep our own room and take out our own garbage. It took 2 days to get shower curtains for both bathrooms, and we had to put them up ourselves.

Clean and tidy, comfortable room.

Few restaurants within walking distance, and no convenience store. We booked for the wrong date & reception staff were unwilling to contact their supervisor about allowing a date change & not authorised to access email or the app directly. Booking.com call centre was fantastic.

Decent price, decent room. Very nice staff

Not their fault but next door they had a barking dog all night and smelled awful coming from the next room, however they were very helpful in finding a solution.

The location, the view of garden, the room very convenient in all ways for my needs. I Everything well taken care of by exceptionally good management, manager & staff. I have only praise.

Great price and great location

Nowhere to hang clothing, only one bedside plug worked. They have been renovating the rooms so I am sure they will get kinks worked out.

The manager is amazing she is very understanding she listens to her guest abd if they have any problems then she works with them to come up with a solution that meets the customers needs she is very accomdating hands down she is the best manager I have met in Pensacola by far

I loved everything about it the location, the rates, the accommodations, friendly staff etc

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The location was close to everything.

The only thing I did not like was they did not offer breakfast at the location.
