Location was very close to Pensacola beach so the drive was extremely short which was preferred. Breakfast was great! Not too crowded considering it was Spring Break and our room was quiet during sleep hours so no loud neighbors, etc which was AMAZING. Fast food places were within walking distance as well as Publix which also was nice so we could get groceries (since this is an extended stay hotel), we were able to just walk over and back to the hotel.

There was no tub, only stand up shower and 2 of my friends had wished there was a bathtub option to soak since we were in town for a CrossFit competition and they were very sore.

I really enjoyed the variety of foods that they had. I've been to another Home2Suites in another city, and they didn't have as much as a variety compared to this location. One thing that I thought was extra awesome was the egg omelets that they provided. Those were really delicious. The staff were super friendly. The hotel was super clean as well. I like where it's located. It's not in a sketchy or super busy area. I also like how close it is to a lot of stores and restaurants. The room I booked was pleasant as well. I didn't have any issues during my stay :)

Housekeeping on staff for holiday turnover needs to be more. I had requested for check in at 2 we arrived at 2 we were told they weren’t ready yet. That was fine we don’t mind waiting a little bit. We were not checked in until after 4. Front staff was very nice and accommodating in this time but housekeeping was not very quick and seemed to be in a group working and taking their time.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Room was comfortable. Location was great for us.

Discontinue using bar soap in the bathroom and install a liquid soap dispenser by the sink. After the bar soap gets wet it sticks to the bottom of the tray and is hard to get out the next time you need to use it. You could eliminate the tray all together.

We have been staying in Home2 Suits every where we go, at this one, in colorado springs and corpus christi. Ita always a great hotel, very clean and friendly staff.

This hotel was great !

Super friendly staff. I don't think there was a time that I walked by the front desk without getting a greeting from one of the staff members. The room was comfortable and clean. The area surrounding the hotel was nice. There was a great pizza place next door that we enjoyed. Within driving distance to Pensacola Beach.

Although they had availability, my family couldn't get an upgraded room when we asked at check in because we used the third party website to book our hotel room. We were told we would have to cancel our booking.com reservation and rebook with the hotel directly even though we were willing to spend more for a better room.

Wonderful location with plenty of great food options right by. Very clean and well kept facilities.

The room cleaning staff threw away my wife invisiline aligners and the lady at front desk didn’t know how to handle it. Still waiting on GM to respond.

-wish they had breakfast sandwiches without cheese or had meet, eggs, etc separate like Hyatt place does for people with food allergies -housekeeping short staffed so rooms weren’t ready at standard check in time. I was called and told my room was ready but they when I went front desk went up and checked and it was locked so I had to wait to check in. -expensive for what the property is

This is our second time staying there and we are honestly still so in love with the area. It’s a fabulous hotel with great staff. They even called to check in to make sure we settled in comfortably and see if there was anything we needed. Wonderful customer service!

My only complaint would be the type of mattress, as I’m used to a bed-in-a-box memory foam mattress, springs are not comfortable to me, but we made do with it. Excellent stay otherwise.

Excellent hotel for my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Home2 Suites never lets me down and it is always a joy to stay.

I would have liked to have laundry facilities on the property. Other than that, everything was great.
