Location was very close to Pensacola beach so the drive was extremely short which was preferred. Breakfast was great! Not too crowded considering it was Spring Break and our room was quiet during sleep hours so no loud neighbors, etc which was AMAZING. Fast food places were within walking distance as well as Publix which also was nice so we could get groceries (since this is an extended stay hotel), we were able to just walk over and back to the hotel.

There was no tub, only stand up shower and 2 of my friends had wished there was a bathtub option to soak since we were in town for a CrossFit competition and they were very sore.

I really enjoyed the variety of foods that they had. I've been to another Home2Suites in another city, and they didn't have as much as a variety compared to this location. One thing that I thought was extra awesome was the egg omelets that they provided. Those were really delicious. The staff were super friendly. The hotel was super clean as well. I like where it's located. It's not in a sketchy or super busy area. I also like how close it is to a lot of stores and restaurants. The room I booked was pleasant as well. I didn't have any issues during my stay :)

Super friendly staff. I don't think there was a time that I walked by the front desk without getting a greeting from one of the staff members. The room was comfortable and clean. The area surrounding the hotel was nice. There was a great pizza place next door that we enjoyed. Within driving distance to Pensacola Beach.

Although they had availability, my family couldn't get an upgraded room when we asked at check in because we used the third party website to book our hotel room. We were told we would have to cancel our booking.com reservation and rebook with the hotel directly even though we were willing to spend more for a better room.

-wish they had breakfast sandwiches without cheese or had meet, eggs, etc separate like Hyatt place does for people with food allergies -housekeeping short staffed so rooms weren’t ready at standard check in time. I was called and told my room was ready but they when I went front desk went up and checked and it was locked so I had to wait to check in. -expensive for what the property is

This is our second time staying there and we are honestly still so in love with the area. It’s a fabulous hotel with great staff. They even called to check in to make sure we settled in comfortably and see if there was anything we needed. Wonderful customer service!

My only complaint would be the type of mattress, as I’m used to a bed-in-a-box memory foam mattress, springs are not comfortable to me, but we made do with it. Excellent stay otherwise.

Excellent hotel for my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Home2 Suites never lets me down and it is always a joy to stay.

I would have liked to have laundry facilities on the property. Other than that, everything was great.

The most comfortable beds for a hotel, awesome breakfast and the hotel was so nice and the staff was amazing, the room was huge loves the big fridge, dishwasher and all the tableware including silverware. The automatic blind was great to. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

A clean, decent sized room with good facilities. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help with anything you needed.

Nothing wrong with the property but our only negative was the need to drive to restaurants and bars. Also, being right by the bridge to Pensacola Beach was great, but we couldn’t use it without incurring a hefty cost from our rental car provider, all for a 1 dollar toll.

I love how spacious the rooms are. We stay here with our dog and we had plenty of space. The kitchenette was impressive and came in handy. You have everything you possibly need to cook a meal and refrigerate more than drinks.love the huge sink. The entire building smell fresh and looked fresh and was actually clean. My room was amazing and clean and beds were comfortable and bath was good size. High 5 to the housekeepers they were the most friendly in the building and actually saw them working hard and doing it with a friendly face.

When I arrive checking was really slow. The older lady at guess counter was dealing with a big line of reservation mix up with this 2 clients. She seem friendly but at no time did she try to address how slow her process was by saying I'm sorry will be right with you or anything. 20 minutes later my turn no apology for the long wait a little abrasive on all her responses and she seem less friendly towards me. Not impress but wasn't gonna let this hiccup ruin the beginning of my weekend.

The location was the main reason we stayed at this hotel last year, but we returned this year because of the staff, hotel cleanliness and service.

Maybe the breakfast, but it was probably as good as most hotel just not a wide variety.
