Chris helped me unload my car and carry everything into the apartment - he was very helpful. The location was perfect for the Mardi Gras parade. The pool was heated, so the kids got to swim. Our door cards weren't activated properly and I didn't know until later in the evening. The office was closed, but I called the property manager and he came to the office immediately and activated the door cards - FAST service!

The stairs leading up to the apartment were rather steep and narrow.

The appartment was simply amazing! We got one directly at first row to the water, we were able to open the windows and sleep with the waves in the background, amazing for relaxation! The appartment was extremely well equipped and we had 2 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and living room, amazing for Christmas celebration with a family of 4. A plus was the hot tub that we used every day. The location was great and we wished we could have stayed longer! Also nice for running and about 2 min to the beach!

Flounders was a great restaurant, the location was perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants. The property was a great value, the pool was nice, the hot tub was nice and the dock on the water was nice.

It’s ok, but the washer and dryer left a little to be desired but we were grateful to have one. For the price, I’ll take any imperfection for the nice size and vibe of the place n

Great location. Older but very clean and well maintained property! Perfect for our group. Will definitely keep this one on the return list. We stay in the area at least twice yearly for Beach Brawl and this was a great stay for our group.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet, with a nice view on the sea, very close to the beach. The apartment was very well equiped. It was large, with two bedrooms. We appreciated the pool and the hot tub. It was really relaxing.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. The unit was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Plenty of parking.

The beds were a little bumpy/saggy. There is a live band which plays music next door until 9:30 pm, this wasn't a problem fro me but if you have kids who go to bed early it may be a problem.

Property is located within walking distance of all attractions. The size and features of the room far exceeds most properties in the area. for the price there is no comparison to where I used to stay.

I like when the pool is heated. I wasn't this time but, the temperature is very pleasant.

Great location and beautiful views

We were on the third floor so we had to climb a few more stairs each time we came back to the beautiful room... I will add that being on the third floor also afforded us an extra, the vaulted ceiling in the living room! The lower apartments do not have this.

I absolutely loved the location of these condos and the staff was very nice. Nicole was very friendly and helpful. I loved the screened in balcony and how you can walk just across the street to get to the beach. The price was also so much more reasonable than the other nearby condos. Cant wait to come back!

The floors could have been cleaner. There was also mold on the shower head.
