Very good hot breakfast and nightly ice cream & cobbler.

As a senior citizen there should be grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. Didn't feel safe moving around.

I recently stayed at the Branson Best Hotel during my Christmas vacation to Branson, Missouri, and I had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were wonderful, and I was blessed with a very clean room. From the bathroom to the actual room itself, everything was spotless and well-maintained. There wasn't a speck of dust or debris to be found. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with restful sleep each night of my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very responsive to any needs I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast prepared daily was a lovely touch, with a nice and plentiful selection to start the day right. I highly recommend the Branson Best Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It truly offers a welcoming and comfortable environment that made my Christmas vacation even more special.

After experiencing a delay leaving Kansas City due to a family emergency, my husband and I were unable to head to Branson at a decent time, and weren't expecting to get in until well after midnight. After speaking with the staff on the phone, they were accommodating in allowing our young adult daughter and her boyfriend check into their room. We were so thankful that they were able to get there and get checked in safely and not have to travel in the middle of the night, and we were able to get our key from them when we arrived at 2am. The next morning I was able to do our official check-in and everything went so smoothly. Thank you all so much.

The pool was a little chilly, but due to lower temperatures the week before and rain, it wasn't unexpected, nor is that really controllable on an outdoor pool. We used it to cool down after spending the day at SDC and it definitely did that!

We liked the location. I also brought a black light flashlight to make sure there were no bed bugs. Our beds and room passed inspection. The pool was good and well maintained. The breakfast was standard and hot. The staff was friendly and you can tell they work hard.

The carpet in our room was greasy. Walking on it barefooted made our feet black. That grossed me out a TON. We also didn't have a microwave in our room. I wish we would have had one especially since there was microwave popcorn in the vending machine and a refrigerator in our room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived a few minutes before 11:00 p.m & we were welcomed and offered a tasty cobbler dessert with ice cream and cookies- it was an excellent way to unwind after a long drive. Overall, we had a very nice stay: the room was clean and comfortable; excellent water pressure and temperature for a nice shower. Definitely a great choice for travelers seeking a budget-friendly motel.

The bathroom feels a little bit cramped, but it still functions as it should. Those who experience claustrophobia easily may find the rooms bathroom a little uncomfortable.

The room was clean, as were the linens. The bed was comfortable. The location was nice and the staff seemed nice from what I saw, especially the breakfast attendant. The windows let in very little light which is a big deal for me.

The breakfast hours are a bit odd. They don’t serve breakfast until 8am, and many vacationers like myself like to be out before that time. There were quite a bit of people waiting for the doors to open for breakfast, probably so they could go about their day. I’d suggest starting breakfast earlier, but that’s my only issue with the place.

The bed was so comfortable, I think the bedding comforter was down. It was so cozy and soft. The room was older but clean and quiet, no smells. We loved the sweet treat offered in the evening, it was fresh and warm homemade berry and apple pies and they offered delicious cookies too. The breakfast was nice, typical for complimentary breakfast and unremarkable. The price was awesome . The location was great too. Staff was great too! We will stay here again.

We arrived around 2:45 and the front desk said our room wouldn’t be ready until 45 minutes. We had a show scheduled and had to go to that and check in after it around 6:45. Also, we couldn’t get a receipt or check out. The front desk said to get it through booking dot com because that was how we paid. That has never happened to us before, a receipt would have been nice.

The breakfast was very good. There were multiple choices and plenty of each. The place was very quiet which is sometimes not a thing these days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It smelled clean as well as looking clean. Parking was plentiful too.

It was a pleasant place and stay. However, it would have been nice to have a microwave to reheat leftovers without having to go to the breakfast area. And it sounds silly, but the shower curtain was an issue. As you were taking a shower the curtain would keep sucking into the shower sticking to you. tried many ways to remedy that but wasn't successful. Not sure why it kept doing it.

Breakfast selection was a little different each day but absolutely amazing both days we were there. The free dessert in the lobby after 9 was also absolutely amazing! They have 4 different cobblers, soft serve ice cream and abunch of great homemade cookies to choose from

When we first first arrived, the room we got was still dirty from the previous guests. The lady that helped me was very nice & got us into a clean room fast. Just a little tip for anyone, if your room isn't getting cold, move the table away from the ac and then it will freeze you out

We loved the location of the Hotel. It is not on the strip but just a couple of turns away. The rooms were always cleaned great. Breakfast was awesome, had a variety of different things! We loved the Cobblers and Ice cream every night! And LOVED the staff. The morning Lady was Amazing, always had a smile on her face, always so helpful and kind. Definitely will be staying here when we come back!
