Overall it was a great stay. Me and my 2 small kids stayed 5 nights. Very clean, our stay was peaceful, no excessive noise going on. Great location. Staff was very nice and helpful, something was wrong with their washing machine so they even washed and dried our clothes in the back for us and brought them to our room. I think my only complaint is that they don't come and do room service to change sheets, empty trash, and give you fresh towels. But they were always nice and helpful if I asked for anything.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and understanding with everything. We showed way later than we were supposed to. I really enjoyed the location of this, has said before we showed up late and we walked across the street at 11 PM and got McDonald’s. They have a pool that opens up at 6 AM which is extremely early and I absolutely loved overall and amazing.

Their vending machines are way over priced. I was also hoping for a bathtub in my room, but I got the disabled room so I should’ve expected the disabled shower. I had a two year old with me and it was hard to give her a shower.

The location was nice, close to nice restaurants.

The staff member working the day of my check-in did not have the best customer services skills. I was not greeted with a smile, felt like I was interrupting his personal phone call that was on speaker.

Very convenient location and great price. Staff was nice.

The breakfast buffet had severely watered down juices and poorly cooked sausage. Ceiling in room 209 was damaged. Very thin walls with guest noise.

It did the hotel job 👍 pet friendly.

Towel bar in my room was broken, but that's not a big deal at all, unless I get charged for it. Elevator was kinda sketchy but didn't break.

So polite personals. They gave me even more than I requested. I booked regular room with queen bed and asked about high floor and independent bathroom, got everything and even room with king bad without over paying. Room was clean, very good work shower. No smoke smell in a whole hotel. Nice facility.

Great location for my needs. While no exercise room, the have agreement with Anytime Fitness which is across the road for use by hotel customers.

There was no ice machine. Breakfast offered was at least something but contained no fruit which could be eaten for those who require gluten free.

Big clean room.

Spoiled milk and watered down juice served for breakfast. Issue with room key deactivated before check out creates issues, especially for a disabled person.

Close to nice restaurants and pubs.

The man on Saturday that is in need of a shaving lesson nearly knocked me over refilling the breakfast area. I thought that it was rude and should have apologized.

Cleanliness of the property and the value.

My room was not available when I checked in, but they immediately put me in another room.
