Great location-where I needed to be. Wonderful breakfast, helpful staff.

The toilet seat in the first room I was given was disgusting. There were chipped areas that had been patched and were peeling and stained. Why not just put on a new toilet seat???? I asked for a different room because of that, and the second room had a better toilet seat- no staining - but still patches. Why would such a nice hotel not replace toilet seats when they are damaged?

Waffles and pancakes! Good variety of breakfast options. Three kinds of juice was nice. Breakfast area opened up early, we liked that.

A lot of breakfast options ran out thirty minutes to an hour before breakfast was over.

I have to be gluten free so I normally carry my own food with me.

Bathroom did not have space to set down things I needed while showering and getting ready for the day. We made it work, but it could be better.

The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety available.

The snack machine didn't work and being elderly, I would have appreciated an elevator.

The staff was very friendly and they were very helpful. Multiple staff members were kind and available right away.

Alicia at the front desk was more than helpful she went above and beyond figuring out how to move our room closer to the front. I have limited mobility and was not aware the handicap rooms were so far down. I will definitely be coming back.

The giant closet thingy when you first walk in I ran into this several times coming out of the bathroom at night. It's not in a good place.

We didn't take advantage of breakfast, was glad that they found a way to still serve breakfast with covid. I liked check in. We came at night looking for a room, this lady was very helpful, friendly and pleasant, she didn't treat us like we were a inconvenience to her. She asked if we would prefer a room on first floor or second. (considerate!) I also liked it that in the bathroom, it looked like they did some touchups and looked clean. The corners were white and not dirty like some hotels. The room smelled like it was clean, I didn't notice any dust or dirt in corners. Beds were very comfortable. It was an overall very pleasant stay. We didn't need any extras, we were very tired and left in the morning. (Funny tidbit, when we left we realized we had stayed here before.)

Small parking lot. We were pulling a boat and lucky for us there were a few more empty spots, although when we left in the morning we did see that we could have parked on a side street, at lease the side street was empty when we left.

Clean, good size rooms for the type of hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was awesome. Quiet even though full house that weekend.

Getting into parking lot was strange narrow entrances. Bed was nice enough but frame was creaky when you laid on bed felt a few springs
