Clean, Comfortable, with easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, but everything went so smoothly that we didn't need to interact with them much at all.

I think like every hotel that I have ever stayed at the curtains only do so much. We also stayed in a room right along the highway, which didn't bother me at all, but my husband left the AC fan on to counteract any potential noise disturbance. I think another room, would not have an issue.

This hotel was really very nice! I was super impressed with all of it. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean and modern. The shower was very modern. The selection of food and snacks in the lobby was amazing and they even make your pizza for you and deliver to your room! Continental breakfast and coffee were great as well. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A little pricy for the room. The check in time is super late, which I find frustrating. They did allow an early check in, which was very nice.

We appreciated the variety of options for breakfast in the morning. One of the staff members was cutting and arranging fresh flowers to put in vases for the tables in the dining area when we went down for breakfast--I thought this was a lovely gesture (a great way to start the day)! The rooms were also very spacious.

We were situated at the end of a hall, so our room was right near Highway 65. We could set the fan in our room on "constant fan," so this helped create enough "white noise" to help us sleep! (We really did enjoy our stay, so this is "nit picky")!

Nice location and friendly staff. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. They had a new coffee machine with fancy coffees like mocha, latte and more.

The lobby, breakfast area and elevators were a bit warm this time, usually its more comfortable, our AC in the room worked great so no big deal. The shower in room 315 could use a plumber, the drain wasn't keeping up and we ended up ankle deep in water by the end of a shower. But that was our only complaint for the room.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of options for all ages. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room didn't have a bathtub only shower. The shower itself had what looked like mold in it. Could have been cleaned a little better.

Very nice! They also have the best breakfast buffet ever! The bathroom shower could have been cleaned better (hair around it) but other than that it was an excellent stay that I highly recommend.

I really liked the room and the pool. As well as having a gym is nice. The staff was all very nice and helpful as well. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.

I didn't like the blankets we were provided. They were just like three sheets and werent very comfortable. I ended up going to get my own blanket. I would recommend maybe at least leaving a thicker blanket in the closet in the rooms or something for people that dont like the thin blankets. The last thing was i wish there was a bigger selection of channels to watch. I was kinda disappointed when i wasnt able to watch Discovery or History channel.

I had to make a last minute reservation due to some campling gear malfunctioning. The sfront desk member (Katie) who checked me in was fantastic. Fun to talk to, engaging, funny, just a genuinley nice person. It was a great start to my experience. The room was spacious, clean, bed was super comfortable and the pillow were even fantastic. No complaints at all. Breakfast was a good assortment for a non peak weekday offering as well. Good variety, tasty and fulling. I even had a chance to talk to the lady making sure everything was full. Very nice lady as well. I heard her interact with several guests and all were the same. It's hard to have a bad start to your day with that positivity. I would gladly come back to this hotel if I am in the area and in need.

The only thing I didn't like was my room location. I was the room right in front of the elevator. I'm a fairly light sleeper, so it was a minor hindurance. but, last minute reservation I can't complain about that.

Breakfast was fantastic, anything one could want.

Some dead bugs in the window. I should have had a handicap room because the bath tub shower was iffy for me.

The staff were very helpful, rooms were comfortable and we were able to gather in the community/breakfast area to play games and hang out with other friends/travelers we came with without feeling like we were intruding in staffs work or other visitors. If we did bother anyone, no one made us feel we were and were very helpful.
