The location is excellent near a grocery store, gas station & fast food. The property looks nice and the front desk and breakfast area/lobby are very welcoming. The rooms were VERY clean which was very impressive and quite pleasant. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in recently at my company approved price point. The hotel room is not a brand new modern design but very nicely set up with everything a traveler needs, a work desk, chairs, refrigerator and microwave & TV w/many channels! The room had plenty of light and outlets for electronics. The beds were firm and quite comfortable. Pillows perfect and the sheets were not scratchy!! Definately pleasant for a great nights sleep. No noise from the surrounding rooms. Each morning there was a nice breakfast that was changed up for variety. It contained a rotation of eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy and each day there was yogurt, cereals, waffle maker, danish and bagels and bread to toast! They also provided grab and go bars & fruit and plenty of juices! I was very impressed with the coffee out all day and night as it was delish and not watered down!! The hotel offers a nice heated indoor pool & jacuzzi but I did not get time to try it but it looked well maintained. Overall I was completely thrilled with my stay at this property. Nice job. This weary traveler was very impressed and pleasantly pleased! Keep up the great work. I’ll be back in a few months.

Not a single thing!

Breakfast did have eggs on the second day. The waffle maker worked well, and the waffles were good. The whirlpool spa was a very nice size. The room was very comfortable, and the shower was nice and strong as well as hot.

Breakfast did not have any protein (eggs) on the first day. Additionally, the coffee was gone by the time we had a late breakfast around 9:30. The pool area had a strong chlorine smell that irritated the eyes. The towels are what you might expect for this level of a hotel.

The staff were exceptional. My original plans changed and so had separate reservations. I didn’t realize the rooms were completely different so I had to check out by 11 am and then register again later that day. They apologized but it actually was fine since I had planned to drive 40 miles away to spend the day elsewhere. The breakfast was very good too.

I really liked the biscuits and gravy but it was served two mornings in a row. My third morning it was ham and scrambled eggs.

An employee named Sophia went above and beyond. I'm disabled.andd she brought my suitcase upstairs. She brought me ice. Don't lose her. She was the best employee made you feel special. I will stay again because of her

When I came back one evening there was another employee there on her personal phone when I walked in she kind of went around the corner didn't acknowledge me in any way whatsoever I thought it was rude

Quiet, comfortable room, staff was kind & helpful.

The sink in our room didn’t drain, in-fact the drain plug was removed & laid behind the faucet. There was a long black hair in the sink when we got there, probably because the sink diffuser drain properly for the housekeeper.

Everything was great! There were many options for breakfast, the pool was clean, and the room was spacious. The whole place was top-notch and very clean!

The only thing we didn't love was that they offered an open swim to the public for a small fee. Luckily, we avoided a large family that came in a bit early. We have 3 under 6 and didn't want a bunch of older kids around rough housing. Other than that, the pool was warm, clean, and decent size!

I was particularly grateful for the non-coffee options (cocoa, cider and tea). As a non-coffee drinker, I appreciated having a warm beverage available when I came in from the cold. I also was thrilled to find hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks and soft granola bars on offering for breakfast. Since the pandemic, and especially when traveling for work, I prefer to grab something I can eat in my car rather than in a public setting or my room. It looked like there were very nice options for those who chose to dine in.

The breakfast had no meat available, bacon, sausage etc. very disappointed about that. For the price of the hotel they could have provided some. Will not stay here again. Breakfast is important to me. Didn’t expect to have to go eat somewhere else. Wanted something all inclusive.

Tidy & Clean. Staff are welcoming and treat you like guests! Breakfast area is clean and a friendly staff member visible and pleasant! My #1 place when visiting the area. Thank you!
