My stay at the hotel was excellent and satisfying with everything. I really enjoy my stay. Staffing was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was greatly tasty. It would be a pleasure to return again

The breakfast was f****** awesome I loved it they had eggs biscuits and gravy bacon hash Brown that had waffles that had cereal all kinds of juices cranberry loves one of my favorites they had Siri everything you can think of and I loved it and my hotel room was awesome that hot tub was Unbelievably nice I loved it

Getting there was a hassle because they're doing road construction on highway 101 in Elk River turning it into a freeway so everything is screwed up and hard to get to also the pricing of it was not that great I've gone to other hotel rooms that are nicer than that and cheaper than that so I think probably because it's country and it's gotta be you know high priced no it could be a little bit cheaper on the price but besides that it's alright

The room and property were very clean with two exceptions. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The motel serves breakfast, but also is in close proximity to Perkins. They allowed us to check in a little prior to 3 p.m. We were grateful. We had a wedding to attend 30 minutes north of Elk River that afternoon.

There was a slight odor when we entered our room. Couldn't really pinpoint the origin of the odor. The couch upholstery looked worn. Through no fault of the motel's, it was a little difficult to locate with all the road construction in that area.

our key cards would time ot and not being able to get into to our room, would have to go to the lobby and have them redo them again.

Everything except for the girl that checked us in

The girl that checked us in was horrible to us. She was not willing to answer a few questions we had and was down right rude to both of us.

We arrived earlier than planned, but the manager was able to get us into our room well before check-in time. Also, there was a miscommunication between Booking.com and Country Inn & Suites and she was able to get us the room we requested. The breakfast had wonderful variety!

Breakfasts were excellent and location was very convenient.

Carpeting is a little old and stained. The handicap seat in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it’s wood and moldy! Also bathroom door needs adjusting to close.

The bed was hard and our feet were elevated higher than our head. So we had to switch ends.

The woman in the breakfast area was wonderful! Very accommodating and knowledgeable.

There were four of us staying. We asked to be put on one floor. Three were put on 2nd floor and one of us on 3rd floor. This was a Thursday night and the rooms were not full.

We were in town for a graduation and selected Comfort Inn. The lady that checked us in and out was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, only had juice and cereal but there were several other selections to choose from. We would stay here again if ever up this way !

The only thing, and I forgot to tell the front desk was the fan on the ac/heater sounded like it was needing attention...very loud. I actually woke up in the middle of the night and thought a helicopter was out in the parking lot( like a life flight) until I realized what it was.
