Room design is excellent. We appreciated the wire storage drawers and ottomans that provided extra seating. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Initially we were only given 2 sets of towels, had to ask for more. I would appreciate a hardcopy of the guest directory. Some folks in my family wouldn't be able to figure out how to use the QR code t access the directory.

This is one of the cleanest Hampton Inns that I’ve ever been in. The staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Would be good if you would have 'free tobacco zone" on the patio.

The fact that i was upgrated to a suite because i stayed more than 3 nights.

The hotel does not have transport from the airport

It was pretty clean and quiet. I think we were the loud ones. The staff was nice.

It was a little expensive. I thought the suite was more like 2 rooms. A little separation between the beds and couch area. It wasn't. It was just one big area. Not what I was looking for but otherwise it was nice

The entire Hotel was spotlessly clean including our room. And the staff was exceptionally friendly.

The breakfast was mediocre in quality.

Haven't tried the pool yet, so can't rate. This stay we couldn't stay for breakfast, but has been good on past visits.

Beautiful hotel! We loved everything about it except the bed mattress was hard. If they updated their mattresses, it would be a perfect 10!

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful! Robert made sure I was in the right room, where it was quiet so I could work and get some sleep. Wanda helped me find my car keys when I lost them. Everyone was amazing!
