The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of hot and cold food and the areas were spotlessly clean. The lady looking after the breakfast area was cleaning around constantly - excellent area. On leaving for a very long drive, as we checked out the receptionist gave us bottled water, very thoughtful!

Location , spa , location of room

The bathroom could have been better. I’m 72 years old, able bodied. But no railing, tub was small in size, rust around tub fixtures. Tub was deep, so difficult to use without railings. Poor lighting near the bed for reading

breakfast was wonderful! the staff was also so friendly. i had a question during my stay and one of the ladies at the front desk was so pleasant and gave me an answer with respect and kindness.

only thing that i (and my suit mates) hated was some guy banging on his door and screaming at 2:30am!! don’t know what happened to that guy but it was definitely the first thing we all talked about when we woke up that morning. it freaked us all out! (a funny story to share though)

Loved everything about it but most of all, the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone were super friendly, super nice, and very accommodating. Made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend the Albertville Country Inn & Suites, and would definitely come back to stay there again.

Clean, excellent location if you’re going shopping at the Albertville Shops.

Room prices came ranged from $140 to over $250 depending on the time of year and business of the shops.

Breakfast offerings were both hot buffet and cold items. They thought of everything, right down to Tobacco sauce for those so inclined. Pool was empty at the time, so my girls enjoyed a private swim. There is a fountain with a 12" depth for littles, which is a nice touch. Pleasant view with tree foliage out window. Room was clean and functional and spacious. Quite pleased. Recommending to others.

I shared the bed adjacent to bathroom and that side was a bit tight for space, maybe 12 inches wide, but there was ample access to all other bed sides. All were comfortable and constant fan allowed me to sleep.

Clean, very nice staff, decent breakfast, nice pool. Good location, only about 30-40 min from Minneapolis.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, other than that it was a nice stay.

This is a well maintained property both inside and out, very clean with easy access to parking and it has an elevator to access the rooms on the upper floors. Close to the highway yet located off-street for quiet comfort.

I like every aspect of this hotel. When I travel I usually look for a Radisson Hotel as their reputation pretty much guarantees a clean, comfortable room with an equally comfortable bed at an affordable price. I'll keep coming back!

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It's a huge perk with a hotel stay.

Pillows eh. My husband and I thought they were extremely uncomfortable. Wish we had another pillow option. Bring your own if you can.
