The room was comfortable and the water Park had plenty to keep the kids busy. It had a snack bar inside as well. There’s an arcade, too. The whole place is convenient for traveling with little kids. If you live in the Twin Cities, it’s great for a staycation. Cons were it’s pretty loud, lots of kids stomping around, but that’s to be expected in a place that has a water park. Also, it was a little dingy/shabby in high traffic areas and looked a little beat up. Again, lots of kids running around so, for the price it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

We loved everything about this place! The water park was what we came for and it was honestly nice and not to crowded. The staff was great when we needed something fixed in the room they came right away and tried their best it still didn't work but atleast they could manually put the curtains down. We had a huge room and we loved how we weren't on top of each other.

That maybe the breakfast isn't complimentary on weekends which was almost why we went to a different Waterpark hotel but still not a deal breaker.

I liked how comfortable our room was, the fact that our Sheltie could be with us, the breakfast, etc. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.

The first couple of nights we were there it was a bit noisy with children running up and down the hallway, sometimes squealing or crying with parents that would yell at them on occasion. We thought about calling the front desk but about that time it stopped.

The window in the room wasn't (and wouldn't) closed all the way and between the HVAC units and the garbage truck in the morning, I was woken up by a loud dumpster banging noise. Still an amazing place to stay though.

It started ok. Very clean and nice room. Later realized no hot water. The traffic noise was terrible. Half the lights did not work. In the am the TV did not work. There was a leak under the sink but we did have luck warm water. The good thing was when I reported our issues they were very quick to apologize and explain they were renovating. They gave us a compliment breakfast and took 40$ off the bill. This was more than acceptable. The staff was great especially the waitress.

Nice location with waterpark

The staff told us that we could use the waterpark the day we arrived and the day we were going to leave, but then they told us we only paid for the room and we’d have to purchase the waterpark tickets separately, which is not what we agreed upon when we called in.

They saved us from a horrible experience with the original hotel we had booked. Super nice staff. The waterpark was amazing.

We got the only room left for the night so didn’t really have a choice but a couch or a cot would have been nice.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shorter lady at the front was very sweet, the other one was a little more pointed than necessary. The lifeguards are very reasonable and kind! Even the staff in the concession stand were friendly, although they were really busy.

it’s a little dated in the pool area could certainly use a power washing before refilling. The women’s locker room was nasty. then again, it was also really busy during Spring break.

Dislike: not enough towels for a bigger family or toilet paper. Price of hotel stay and breakfast not included in the price. Likes: waterpark, breakfast, staff.

The check in staff was so sweet! They were also very helpful throughout the random things I needed.

The younger staff in the water park area were not as friendly.
