Enjoyed my stay here which was leisure. John at the front desk was friendly and accommodating to whatever I needed. The room and bathroom were both smaller than I had anticipated but decent. Lobby and hallways were decent. The location was phenomenal. It's located in the same vicinity as Walmart, Target and several restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

There was an unpleasant smell in the elevators and you had to pay an extra $5.00 to eat breakfast each day. I ate breakfast elsewhere.

Lots of business around location

Staff was dressed in street cloths hard to tell who’s working there. Wasn’t a very, very friendly check-in. The employee had to go to the bathroom really bad. Big gap under the doors you can hear everything in the hallways.

Close to family. Close to restaurants. Close to retail stores if we needed anything. All staff members were very kind and helpful. It was very clean, even with a number of young baseball teams staying there for a tournament. And Taylor Swift was in town so we were very lucky to get multiple rooms for multiple nights.

We had one glitch with a noisy fan but they made a change of rooms very easy and the rest of our stay was great.

It was very clean and quiet. The pool was great, the bed was great, but the best part was the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding and so accommodating.

The breakfast area needed quite a bit of attention - overflowing waste basket, supplies low, counters were a bit sloppy and sticky. I know it's hard when people are slobs...

VERY clean, nice hot tub, and great breakfast options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint is the pillows SUCK. The bed was comfy but those pillows were awful

I have been to this particular location a number of times unfortunately only one time has the pool been open and by the looks of things I don't think the pool will ever open again so I will actually be looking for a different location next time I'm in town

I love the staffs and the teamwork. Staff never disappointed customer.

The WiFi slow at some point. It be nice to know the username for the hotel to be able to login into WiFi password.

The location suited our purposes for our trip. When we arrived, we were pleased to see 3 restaurants within walking distance for our late supper. This was great as we had not anticipated arriving so late, and were happy to not have to drive anywhere.

Clean as always, nice staff, good breakfast choices.

Pull out couch bed in king suite NEEDS to be updated it really is not even suitable for kids. Otherwise the stay was great!!
