Everything was so clean and very nice. We had traveled cross country and ended up arriving earlier than we planned. They were kind enough to have the room ready for us a few hours before the check in time. We definitely stay here again.

I didn’t see an elevator so we had stairs that lead up to our room. But I didn’t see the entire hotel so there very well could have been one. We just entered on the side entrance closest to our room.

Nice location is a short walk to shopping and major retailers. The breakfast was nothing fancy, however there was an assortment of dry cereals, some pastries and a self serve waffle maker. Delicious, once we had staff explain how it worked. We don't get out much! The bed was sooo comfortable, it was terrific!

A small thing but the shower is either on or off, no way to slow the flow! Why would anyone build a hotel using these types of plumbing fixtures, and then post signs everywhere to tell you how to reuse a towel to save water is beyond me.

The location was perfect for all the activities we planned and friends we visited. The room was clean, functional and served us well for our trip. The pool was nice to cool off after a day of walking in the sun! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent for being complimentary - Eggs, meat, cereal, waffles, juice, bakery items, fruit, and coffee.

Our bathtub was slow to drain, but we made it work.

I was impressed by the surroundings so close to a big city. Beautifully landscaped and wooded on the outskirts of town. It was very quiet and safe there. Everyone was helpful and friendly. There were multiple dining choices close by.

You can tell that it’s an older hotel that has been refurbished. I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of my room but found mold along the rim of the tub. The sealant needs to be replaced.

The hotel was centrally located and close to grocery stores, WalMart, Target (etc) and restaurants. Close to major highways which made getting around the metro Minneapolis area & suburbs easy. Guest rooms were somewhat dated, but clean and spacious. Amazing staff. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. There was a wonderful variety of breakfast foods. The breakfast area was replenished frequently and kept very clean. The indoor pool/spa area was also clean and inviting. Chairs, tables and lounge chairs made for a relaxing time while using the pool. Parking was adjacent to the hotel, safe and well lighted.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The location is excellent, just minutes from great shopping and Bunker Beach water park. The hotel is very clean; I especially like the tiled floors in the rooms in this well renovated building. The shower has excellent water pressure. 24 hour coffee & tea is available in the lobby.

Our room had an odd smell (slightly musty) in It that perhaps an air freshener would correct.

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and had towels and everything. The breakfast was very delightful And a wide range of things to choose from.

The only thing I have to complain about was.The cuzzi in the pool area was not an operation. We were not told that so I felt kind of disappointed

Breakfast was good. Pool was warm. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Only issue was our keys stopped working prior to check out, as my husband loaded the car and my kids and I went in the pool for last time (approx 10:30) when we got back to our room neither keys worked. Cleaning lady was right there and let us in but was still odd. Hot tub jets didn’t function.

Like this location. Have stayed here before and it's great to see they have maintained their standard. Good breakfast too!

Shower has temperature control, but the throttle is just on/off. You can save water by wetting, turning it off, soaping then on again for rinsing but we do have the technology to control the rate of flow...few places seem to use it.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly and polite, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel has been completely remodeled. It was located close to shopping and restaurants.

Nothing it was great!
