Pet friendly, good breakfast, great pool and slide for kids and hottub for adults after 10. Well lit parking lot in a safe location no tweakers or crackheads anywhere close. Pizza place next door for late night food. Chinese restaurant and buffet next door also. lobby has coffee available all day and a choice of boardgames for family fun or just passing time.

Slide closes @ 10 pm and kids can't swim after 10. This was disappointing because we didn't get back to hotel until late and we were denied use of slide and swimming privileges with my daughter even tho we were present.

Everything else including, cleanliness, view, and all the staff was great, the room was amazing, breakfast was good, the later start time and later end time for breakfast was helpful. Late check outs are a plus (noon). I would definitely go back, kids had a blast.

The bathtub was quite slippery, my youngest son slipped and fell, we laughed it off, and I ended up putting a towel in the shower as a substitute for a bath mat. Pool hours were a little confusing at first, hot tub timing and slide timing for shut off was a little unexpected, cause it closed early. Breakfast was fufilling, but not refilled quite fast enough.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was nice and hot tub. The water slide would be nice for kids and the adult only swim time is great.

There wasn't much for protein. For people watching carbs and sugar, there weren't many choices. There was just sausage. No eggs at all, not hot or cold. There were 3 waffle makers, french toast and sugar yogurt, but only sausage links for protein. Would have been a great breakfast if they had some form of egg.

I came for a spa getaway! The pool facilities are great and well tended. Kids seem to love the waterslide, but I keep to the spa. The entry is always clean (with coffee!) and welcoming. My favorite spot is the little fire area out front. It is so nice in the winter to be greeted with warmth! The bathroom was clean and spacious. The room was very nice with everything I needed! The breakfast was amazing, hot and delicious! What makes this place stand out though, is the people there. Over and over when I have stayed here, the staff is consistenly excellent. They show that they really care about what they do. They are all so upbeat and pleasant with everyone! I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed here. Of course I will be back again!

The location was good. Staff was great.

Half our outlets didn't work in our room. Not sure why there is only 3 pillows on a queen bed and they are super squishy at that so your neck hurts in the morning. I didn't ask for more pillows because there was a big group there and was pretty sure they had asked for more. There was some garbage under the dresser, some plastic cups on the floor, and a few hairs on the sheets. I work for housekeeping in a hotel and those things wouldn't fly there.

The room was nice, clean, convenient to breakfast and equipped for my 13-year-old granddaughter (who uses a wheelchair) to bathe on her own. The kids loved the pool slide. We met with friends and had a ]pizza party and played games in the cafeteria.

The breakfast had a lot of sweet carbs but not protein. But the second day they provided eggs.

I call this my happy place. I go to the hot tub and pamper myself during my stay. The staff always treats me wonderfully. They are always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and perfect for me. The pool facilities were great as always. Their breakfast is always a treat!

This place is great, searching hard for a negative....the television remote didn't work very well. LOL but everything was wonderful!

Breakfast was good! We have stayed here twice and will likely stay again next year!

Shutting down the water slide early and not having it open during the week was frustrating. That was our main attraction for the kids and the times it was open didn't work for our schedule so they only got about 2 slides before it was shut down.

It was very quiet, had a great pool area and beach cruisers to use. Unfortunately it was vey windy and a bit cold so we didn’t take advantage of the bikes.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. We found a phone charger plugged into the wall and an ear bud and a hair tie on the floor by the bed. That made us really wonder.
