The breakfast was wonderful! The room was great, lovely linens. Easy paid parking. If we had been staying for a sporting event, it would have been perfect because the baseball and basketball stadiums are in walking distance. We had been hoping for something closer to the Old Mill District; however, the hotel had bicycles and helmets available at no extra charge and the hotel is just a short distance by bike from the waterfront bike trail so we had a blast riding along the path. We also weren’t too far away from the Guthrie Theater which was good because we saw a play one night. In addition to breakfast, the hotel offered snacks in the afternoon.

I loved how spacious the room was, the beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Staying here melted all my stress away. We enjoyed the fridge, water filter at the sink that took away the city water taste. The dishes and dish washer was also a bonus. We definitely loved this place.

The breakfast left my kids still hungry and unhappy. If there was more of a hot breakfast variety. Next visit I probably will plan to cook in my room, so that's not too big of a problem. My family was just expecting a continental breakfast like other stays at previous hotels.

From the moment we entered the front doors until we departed, the staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby decor is great and creates a place with great energy and natural light. The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed: mini fridge, toaster, microwave, bowls, plates, Silverware, and coffeemaker. Fresh veggies and herbs are on the 4th floor balcony for guests to use. Very thoughtful! Loved our stay!

Very spacious rooms and super clean! Beds were very comfortable. Had all facilities as mentioned in description while booking. Breakfast was really good. Thoughtful items like kitchen roll and dishwashing liquid provided as well as kitchen napkins. Fridge and micro oven was a bonus! Reception was very accomodating allowing for late check-out and luggage storage available.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Element Minneapolis is a clean, lovely, comfortable place to stay in North Loop. One reason it’s comfortable is because of the room design- nice beds, filtered water, ceramic cups for coffee. The other reason it’s comfortable is because of the staff. They are friendly, efficient, and responsive to every request. They embody the concept of hospitality. Props to the team.

This is a newer, great hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, and the size is excellent. If you're going to a show at the Fillmore, you can't get any closer.

The only thing that could be improved, and this is one of those first-world-spoiled brat problems, is that when there is a large group of people in the lobby for breakfast, it can take a while to get the fresh-cooked pancakes/waffles. They have many other items to choose from; you won't go hungry.

We did not have breakfast so I can not comment on that. The location was perfect. It was very close to the venue we were attending. The rooftop balcony was a nice way to end the evening with a drink and a great way to start our day with a morning coffee. Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly all throughout the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I do not have anything negative to say about our stay.

Great hotel if you plan on attending a Twins baseball game at Target field. Just half a block from the stadium and the Metro lite rail train station at Target Field. We flew in to MSP International and took the light rail (blue train) to the Target field station. Used the lite rail to get around downtown and to travel to the Mall of America during our stay

Did not like the pillows however, the beds were very comfortable.

Loved this hotel! From the first interaction with the staff until the checkout, they were excellent. The room was perfect. The kitchenette was great! It had everything I needed. I especially liked the fresh herbs and the veggies to make a salad on the 4th floor. Highly recommend!

The Location is good and the rooms are very spacious. The tap water is filtered and suitable for drinking so no need for water bottles. The staff is very friendly.

Breakfast is good but it does not have a great variety to choose from. You have to order the "specialty of the day" breakfast at the kitchen's window and since only one staff prepares it, it takes some time.
