People and location There were two gentlemen upon check in- one helped me with my dogs and one checked me in. That was the best check in I’ve ever had- eventhough the key didn’t work! Because they were so nice! The staff at the front desk- all were really kind and approachable.

The pictures of the pool are misleading. I thought it was bigger. Didn’t feel comfortable swimming when other families in their due to lack of room. That was one of the reasons I picked it. Also in my bathroom the cabinet pull was loose.

It was nice to have options for parking (underground or above in a secure parking lot) but $20/25 a day was a lot since I was already paying for the stay. Breakfast was nice, but would have liked two waffle makers. We never got to have one-always a long line. Did have some concerns with AC in our room, but it did cool down-just took a LONG time (on a super hot day). Would certainly stay here again-loved the neighborhood-especially if you are attending a Lynx/Timberwolves/Twins game!

Check-in staff was amazing. There was this specific woman whose personality was inviting and just beautiful. Wish I remembered her name. She deserves a raise & acknowledgment. She is the main reason I wanna to stay even longer.

Check-out staff was horrible. There was a woman who kept answering the phone saying they weren't working properly and she couldn't hear then when I would say ok, she would say okay. I had a newborn and couldn't come down to the first floor from the 4th because he was sleeping to ask for help with something. She was very unwelcome and dismissive.

Fun location and staff was kind at the front desk.

We had to call a few times to get garbage picked up and new bags brought to us. There was also a parking fee and a pet fee plus deposit. We wound up paying $150 plus a $100 deposit for the dogs for 3 nights and about $70 in parking…just wasn’t aware of that in advance so it caught me off guard at check in.

I love everything about the stay with you all every time I stay. The staff is some the best I've encountered except for 2 individuals. However, the stay is always top-tier.

The pricing is very good however the $50 per night for Incidentals is a bit much. There are specific staff that are very unpleasant, dismissive & and unwelcoming makes me not want to come back because I don't want those two individuals to be of service to our stays.

The location was great, always felt safe. We walked from this hotel to the Target Center for our concert and it is within walking distance of many good restaurants. Staff was all very nice and the breakfast in the morning was appreciated.

This property was a great walking distance to Target field . It also had some great restaurants all around it . Room was clean. Hotel was clean , staff was excellent. Tons of Canadians in this hotel for the jay games . It was great to see . I really liked the location and felt safe .

Rooms could use a good update but saying that they aren’t horrible . They were clean.

Location was perfect for a Twins game. Room was large and comfortable with nice kitchenette. We were even given a free upgrade for one of our rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We booked 3 rooms. 2 were perfect, but one of them smelled strongly of cigarettes. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, she was able to give us another room, which we appreciated. However, she then also put on a saccharin smile and said, "By the way, we checked the room and it did NOT smell of smoke." It truly did, and quite strongly so. Basically, she called us liars. Very unprofessional.

Very Clean, great breakfast, staff very helpful and polite, nice pool area, decent location, good spacious rooms, decent gym & 24hr access bonus.

Sofa bed mattresses are very poor, plenty space for extra double bed so don’t see the point in the sofa bed anyway.

Location was excellent, very close to the train service to St. Paul, and there are many restaurants and pubs in the North Loop neighborhood. There is a shopping market just across the street.
