The staff was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was modern with a lovely walk-in shower. There were plenty of easily accessible outlets. Breakfast was excellent with multiple hot choices including a pancake maker. The coffee was high end with a machine that ground beans and brewed on demand. I can't review the gym or pool facilities as I did not have a chance to use them.

Check in took a little longer for me as I was inputing info into a screen reader. Possibly all my information did not transfer over from the booking.

Outstanding value. Best HI Express I've ever stayed at, and much better than the Staybridge Suites over by the MOA. Free breakfast was excellent--great choices, hot food was hot, and amounts were plentiful. Room amenities were good, layout and finishes were very good--I liked the hooks on the wall for coats & place to put luggage. Staff provided exceptional customer service.

I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting on my makeup. Also, I was in a room with an adjoining room door--a full length mirror on the door would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, good selection, the omelet was not good, but I simply chose something else.

The pool and hot tub closing at 10pm is questionable to me. It isn't even staffed, and we would have enjoyed relaxing in there after a long day. We didn't get there until 8:30, and had to go eat first, so by the time we were back we had about 10 minutes. But no, at 9:59 it was very loudly announced that we had to get out. Everything else was great.

Awesome customer service, every person i encountered from front desk to breakfast chef and room attendants went above and beyond. A+++ property due to the people that work there and the pride they have in there work. Would definitely recommend!!

The BEST breakfast bar I have ever eaten at. Kudos to Rudy, who’s in charge of the breakfast bar. All the food was fresh and a great selection. Also a very friendly front desk including Luis.

Only one treadmill in the fitness center

The staff was very nice and helpful. The receptionists lent us an umbrella. Both the room and other parts of the hotel was clean.

The breakfast area could be more cozy, it looks a bit "cold". There is way to much usage of disposable things and plastic in the breakfast area, maybe this is an American "thing", not used to this in Europe.

Location mainly..my daughter just lives 3 minutes away and this is why I chose to stay here with my son. I love the quality and variety of the breakfast items too. Room and service spotless too.

Errr...afew check in issues but nothing to write home about really.

Very clean, the breakfast was very good.

Only thing that I can complain about was the water pressure was not the greatest.

I liked everything really and had no problems. Really got used to the hot tube, I have bad joints so it really helped my pain levels. The housekeeper was nice and met all my requests. It was close to my brother's house.

Nothing, everyone who works there was really nice. It did have limited parking near the building, but glad they had an overflow area. If there was one thing it would be the limit on elevators, as there were a lot of people staying.

Good location

Breakfast was the same every day except for there was bacon twice out of the 4 days. The bed is a little hard.
