Breakfast had many options, the whole building was clean, and the kiddie pool was perfect for my 2.75 year old.

The only (small) hiccup we had was I had called down to request a few more bath towels, and they never brought them. I went to the front desk about an hour and a half later on our way to the pool to ask if they could bring them up to the room while we were at the pool but she handed them to me right there, I have 4 little kids so I couldn't run them back up myself within reason so they got a little dirty in the whole process. Overall a very small thing.

The spectrum of foot for breakfast was very decent and satisfying. More than enough selections of fruits, proteins, etc. to meet anyone's needs. I particularly liked that not every day was the same selection, but variations of the themes.

It was not initially clear that USB ports were available in the alarm clock. Other hotels I have stayed in, the USB is integrated into the desk and/or night stand lights. So not necessarily a negative, and I was otherwise prepared for charging my devices, but it just wasn't obvious where to plug in for USB only without a 110 outlet brick.

The location was very good for us - near family and very near to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel is clean and the sound-proofing is great - very quiet. The person running the breakfast room on the weekdays was so nice and she was keeping the place clean and stocked to the max - my compliments to her especially. The breakfast had a nice variety of breads and pastries. I love the size of the rooms - really enjoyed having a couch to sit on. A/C was good.

The mattresses in Room 313 are lumpy and very uncomfortable - I still hurt. The room overall could use a little updating. The elevator went out after a big storm. I know that can’t be helped, but put up some signs or something on the elevator doors and keep your guests informed.

Most excellent! The best pool area you'll ever see in any hotel! Amazing hot tub, kiddie wade pool and rally nice regular sized pool! If you are looking for a hotel with an above average pool area, this is the place!

The hot breakfast buffet was great but not as good as it used to be. Also they used to have an amazing coffee expresso machine!!!!, but now they replaced it with a Nescafé instant coffee machine which has horrible coffee.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. We don't travel or stay in hotels very often but if we are ever in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! This was our first time traveling with our 2 year old. The requirements I had when looking for a hotel was a room with a 2-bedroom suite, breakfast and close vicinity to Broadway Pizza. It was also a big plus that Culver's was in the same parking lot so we could grab a quick lunch when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the property was clean and safe and the breakfast was excellent. I brought my own shampoo and body wash, as I always do, but I was pleasantly surprised to see shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower.

The one and only thing that I noticed was the latch was broken on the window in one of the bedrooms and the screen was slightly bent. Potentially a safety hazard.

Room service daily, pool/ hot tub were clean, very convenient location for us, very good price as we booked almost 9 months out. Room was huge for our family of 5.

Middle kiddie pool was quite icky after a few days, breakfast had lots of options but hot options were poor quality, eggs tasted like water. Coffee was black tar. No microwave for the oatmeal bar.

The staff was very friendly. The whole place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in at this price point. We'll definitely be back.

The pool hours are until 10:00 p.m. Afterward, it's supposed to be adults only from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. Well, on the only night we were going to swim we got to the pool at 10:00 p.m. and there was nothing but kids in there (with more coming in) being very loud and obnoxious. So my only complaint is that there seems to be no enforcement of the pool hours.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful, kind, and curtious. The rooms are big and comfortable. The shower curtain is a bit small for the shower but doable. The rate for the room is good on the weekdays buy on the very high side for the weekends, I thought. Over all it was a good stay for us. Thank you 😊

The conditioner was out and i was already showering! Shampoo was out as well after i used it once. The ones on the wall need to be checked before a weekend hits to ensure everyone has this. To me, this is super important to have due to being in the process and finding out you have none when its needed!!! I have long hair and conditioner is valuable. That was the only thing I ran into otherwise the stay was super! Thank you BEST WESTERN PLUS.

Excellent!! This is an amazing hotel! The front staff was super helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast staff was very personable and kind. They had an amazing expresso machine in the breakfast area! Free expressos, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate! Also, The pool area was huge! And very commodious! Couches, lots of recliner chairs etc. And they even had a wading pool for little kids. I was very impressed. Will definitely be back.

Keep doing what you’re doing but I don’t like how the prices vary person to person! My daughter and I are both reward members and I paid $40 more for the same room, same weekend night!! I still don’t understand that
