Location was great as well as how clean the rooms were. I had a small situation when checking in that someone else with a similar name had taken my room. It was extremely late at night/early morning hours when I checked in. The other guest was less than pleasant and absolutely rude to the staff. I checked in to a different kind of room than what I had reserved. I didn’t make a fuss. It was clean. It was quiet and it served the purpose for what I needed. The owners/managers of the hotel rectified the situation with my bill. I was absolutely satisfied with that outcome. I would book here again when in the area.

It was an extremely busy night and the entire hotel was packed full. I would suggest having two people work the desk during the Missouri State track meet weekends. The town that actually hosts this event does not have enough hotels and that’s why I stayed a half hour drive away. Many of the people staying at the hotel were just like me and State as close as we could to this multiple day event.

I had a nice spacious room. Very clean. Mirrors, outlets, and sitting space were enough to do much with less stress. Warm breakfast in the morning. I was also able to use the elliptical in the small gym which was nice. The front desk staff was always friendly.

This hotel should invest in a little convenience store in the facility so people can buy essentials like water. Luckily the nice lady at the front desk gave me a bottle. Breakfast starts one hour later on the weekend. I guess that makes sense but I had to wait for food. The hotel location was kind of secluded. Nothing walkable like a Walgreens. The gym was out of wipes to wipe down the machines. As far my room, my only complaint was that the tub drain was slow and the towels were hard. Apparently maintenance doesn't work on the weekends and the rooms are cleaned every three days. I guess the hotel operations are still in COVID times.

Loved the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Like the lemon water dispenser by the front desk. Room was clean and spacious. Really like their wall decorations. Bathroom in my room was updated... loved the sink, huge mirror and lighting. Breakfast abs breakfast area was very nice. Lots of food choices.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Could have used a nice topper.

The beds in the room were very comfortable and the blankets kept me nice and warm. The rooms were very soundproof and I couldn't hear the nightclub that was attached to the hotel.

The breakfast was okay. They didn't have any eggs except for an egg patty that had other food mixed in. There was a night club on the side of the building that I didn't know about.

The staff person was extremely busy with a difficult situation when I arrived so I waited for her, and then she was as nice and pleasant as could be, even though she must have been stressed. Kudos to her. And morning staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, comfy, and much more spacious than I expected.

Breakfast, but it was not worse than other motel breakfasts.

Very clean friendly staff

I stayed one night and thought I might need a second night. The front staff said I needed to book it through booking.com for the second night so I did. I ended up not needing to stay and I was told because I used a third party to I could not get a refund. This was all done before the 12 noon check out. Very disappointed for using booking.com.

I loved everything about it. I don’t really have any complaints. The staff was pretty friendly and one of the ladies I spoke to over the phone was such a sweetheart (I wish I remembered your name! You’re amazing <3).

No complaints other than wishing our key didn’t stop working an hour before checkout. Left some really good food in there :(

The hotel was modern with great amenities. There were vending machines, complimentary breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, etc. The hotel is conveniently located as it’s close to the interstate and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we’re in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.

Our shower drain was clogged.

The breakfast was a great accommodation. I picked this hotel as it was close to everything I planned to do in Minneapolis.

The bed was harder than I'd like and there is no fan option on the heat/air unit. I can't sleep well without a fan on, and I was surprised this wasn't an option.

We had to stay here last minute because of a failed experience with a different terrible place. The price was great and the lady who we had met was so so nice. It was so welcoming after such a terrible experience

The only complaint I have was the breakfast. I felt it could have been prepared with more effort
