A large modern hotel which had a good sized, bright room and was comfortable and clean. The room facilities were good, but I would have liked a room safe especially as St Paul is not a city you feel safe to wander round in. Location-wise it is well placed for the capital building and for the light railway which runs just behind the hotel to Minniapolis, but it is a bit of a walk from the downtown. One member of staff on reception was very pleasant and helpful, whereas another was much less so and she seemed quite bored with it all. The breakfast was average. I can't say the hotel felt particularly good value for money.
The car park around the hotel was very large and was really handy, but the day charge seemed a little steep. Although the bedroom was spacious the bathroom wasn't that large and felt a little cramped up.

Breakfast was typical. A little above a continental breakfast at any/most nice hotels
Its out of your control. Not your fault. Some other guests staying there were a little loud, and kids were a little active. Dogs barking. Shower a little low. I'm fairly tall... that was no big deal. No ice on 3. Lil frustrating.. it was a nice stay. I was going to incl an extra day (3rd) Mon. But it would have been an extra $171 so I went elsewhere. Thank you

Excellent location to the Xcel Energy Center. If it wasn't so cold out we would have been able to walk. Overall it was a good price for the accommodations. The transportation to and from the Xcel Center was awesome! We found the van after the game and were back to the hotel in no time!
The location wasn't easy to find. It was on a one way street and the easiest way to get to it was through a parking lot of an abandoned store. There was also a security gate with a code to get out. The front desk didn't do a good job of explaining how it worked. We struggled the first time leaving and saw many other guests experience the same issue.

Front Desk Staff is amazing!! Restaurant staff is also amazeballs! We ordered from the restaurant while we were there, the food was surprisingly outstanding (and my husband is particular).
Hotel needs a serious update, either do a complete modernization of the property or do a "Classy Vintage" upgrade. Rooms need full closets, not arnwars. We had to hang our clothes on the shower curtain rack in the bathroom because there was not enough room in the small arnwar.

JP was so nice and attentive, also the hotel offered a complementary ride to the concert located in Xcell Energy stadium.
Even tho we didn’t want the room cleaned as they do normally, we put the DND sign, we found an eyelash in the sink the second day of our stay, so that means someone was in the room (didn’t clean) so if didn’t clean, I don’t know what that person (who was missing a eyelash extension) was doing in the room.

Staff was really courteous and helpful. The location near the capital is close to everything in downtown St. Paul. The shuttle provided service to Excel Energy Center.
The pool was large with a big hot tub. Great place to relax. The breakfast was good and supported friendly staff assisting you with anything you needed. The bar was good place to relax and make new friends.

Fast check-in, All staff was friendly and helpful, free shuttle to the Xcel Center, free hot breakfast that was different everyday, and Peddlers pub that is in the hotel has great food with great prices. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
Location. I know this can’t be helped but there really wasn’t anything around. I initially was going to walk to the restaurants but quickly realized the aggressive homeless people and decided against walking for my safety.

Staff was amazing. First of all, JP checked us in. We had just driven 4.5 hrs and I had just gotten off night shift prior to that so i had not slept. He was able to check us in early and was able to make sure we had everything to make our stay great. We came to see Niall Horan so he made sure we were able to get on the shuttle. Then at breakfast, there was a lady there that got us our drinks, took our garbage, and checked in on us. I have never had such good care at a hotel before

I really liked your staff. Kensie was sweet and I believe staff would do all they could to make your stay comfortable.
I looked all over outside for a branch or seat and there was 1, however I understand. I never saw a Security guard or even a SPD pass through the parking lot which bothered me. I am a water lover- washing, tubs but no stopper, and to be fair I didn't ask.

We had a nice stay. I was very disappointed with the shuttle service after the concert we attended at the Excel Center. We were told where to be after the concert and the shuttle never showed up there. They picked people up the street and then just zoomed by those of us that did what they said. We ended up having to pay for a car to take us back after we waited for an hour for the shuttle there was 7 of us. 5 were older and should not have had to wait that long I wanted to talk to the manager on Saturday before I left and was told there wasn’t a manager on duty till 4pm that day. What big hotel doesn’t have a manager on duty?
