The hotel was very clean and the swimming pool was excellent for family use. Fair food for breakfast where we could make our own waffles. There was a variety of other food, ie bacon, sausage omelette. The location was very good with local shops and restaurants nearby.

There was some trouble with the plumbing, and we had to stay in another room for 1 night that was a little inconvenient.

The Cook, FRONT DESK STAFF(Desirae) Absolutely enjoy the Social hour. Our kids look forward to it. Tha fact that all staff shows genuine concern when they realize that we are there for medical reasons for our daughter. Many many surgeries at Masonic Children’s Hospital. She is always very sick after surgeries and staff is always trying anything to make her more comfortable.

We liked everything!

We booked the two full bed suite. The room was very spacious, with a nice sitting area and mini kitchen. The rooms would be great for long stay as well as short stays! The hotel had a great outside patio with grills, fire pit and basketball court! We stayed a Friday evening and people were outside socializing all evening! The hotel had a pool and hot tub. Pool was on the smaller side but it was nice and clean.

Conveniently close to all the institutions, shopping and dining in Maple Grove. In our case, closeness to the health institutions was particularly important.

All really within the borders of expectation. Taking out trash / trash storage in the room could be better organized for the long-stay hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful, the location was perfect everything we needed or wanted to do was in a perfect walking distance

There was nothing I really didn’t like about my stay. I think the beds were a little uncomfortable but not to say that for everyone

I like the location of the hotel, also the kitchenette in the rooms, and the breakfast was wonderful best continental breakfast I have had!

Staff was so kind and helpful. Really did a good job of making us all feel welcome.

Missed having a large ice machine, but staff was kind enough to get us ice from the breakfast kitchen. There is ice available in the room, but it an in-freezer option and went slower than our group required.

The lady at the front desk and the custodian(?) were so VERY helpful! We were given an extra table, chair, and lamp for our room. They delivered everything we asked for! Plus, I needed a nap during the day, and she put us in a room away from the noise.

Good location, ample free parking, some rooms have been updated (ours was not), good spa and pool, great breakfast room

I was double billed. Was told our credit card payment from 2 weeks earlier “did not go through”, and was billed again. Turns out it did process. Was refunded promptly when I discovered it.

The friendly and helpful staff. The extremely comfortable beds. The diet inclusive breakfast. The clean and warm atmosphere.
