Enjoyed my stay here which was leisure. John at the front desk was friendly and accommodating to whatever I needed. The room and bathroom were both smaller than I had anticipated but decent. Lobby and hallways were decent. The location was phenomenal. It's located in the same vicinity as Walmart, Target and several restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

There was an unpleasant smell in the elevators and you had to pay an extra $5.00 to eat breakfast each day. I ate breakfast elsewhere.

Close to family. Close to restaurants. Close to retail stores if we needed anything. All staff members were very kind and helpful. It was very clean, even with a number of young baseball teams staying there for a tournament. And Taylor Swift was in town so we were very lucky to get multiple rooms for multiple nights.

We had one glitch with a noisy fan but they made a change of rooms very easy and the rest of our stay was great.

I actually like this hotel the location the staff I'm only disappointed that the pool is never open

I have been to this particular location a number of times unfortunately only one time has the pool been open and by the looks of things I don't think the pool will ever open again so I will actually be looking for a different location next time I'm in town

VERY clean, nice hot tub, and great breakfast options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint is the pillows SUCK. The bed was comfy but those pillows were awful

The location suited our purposes for our trip. When we arrived, we were pleased to see 3 restaurants within walking distance for our late supper. This was great as we had not anticipated arriving so late, and were happy to not have to drive anywhere.

Clean as always, nice staff, good breakfast choices.

Pull out couch bed in king suite NEEDS to be updated it really is not even suitable for kids. Otherwise the stay was great!!

The fact that they're pet friendly. The pool was fairly warm and the hot tub was really nice. The room was a nice size with the king bed being comfortable. Also, there were multiple'handicap' parking spots. The housekeeping person that did our floor was always very pleasant.

There were no towels in the pool area on several occasions. Also, no sign to explain why not (if this was due to Covid or something else). The breakfast was just okay...however the bread selection could've been better (i.e.: no bagels). The typical waffle offering but on a couple of days there was no syrup so guests needed to ask the front desk. There was no breakfast meat offered either.

It is located close to route 169 which I why I chose it.

The continental breakfast was brutal! Nothing left but a banana, some cereal and one yogurt @7:45 AM. I had to drive somewhere else for breakfast.

Location was perfect and the building was in good shape. Breakfast was hot and had a decent selection of items.

The carpet in our room was dirty looking and the light in the entry didn't work.

The room was big, loved the whirlpool tub & really liked that there was a living room in our suit that separates the bedroom with double doors. Will def be back again!
