Sunday morning scrambled eggs and poppyseed mini-scones were excellent! Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Heater and fridge were quiet. Staff at check-in was friendly. Free movie channels. Complimentary coffee in lobby.

Saturday morning staff couldn’t keep up with supplying coffee and omelettes. It seemed like the check-in staff was the same person refilling food trays at breakfast. A clump of hair was left in the shower drain, which I removed with a tissue. Free wi-fi was not easy to use/connect. Loud party until after midnight 2 rooms down on 2nd night.

As I was entering the hotel, I had my picky eyes; I saw no litter, and the motif was creative and decorative. The dining room was adjacent to the front desk and very spacious and airy. It gave a very nice vibe to the space. My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was great; slept in each day a night to get my money's worth and despite being Thanksgiving, I wanted to have seconds for breakfast to get my money's worth, of course.

I thought the location was tricky. I thought that it was odd that it was near these large buildings for industrial or fulfillment. The business' names are not familiar. I think that if it was by a store, restaurant or a movie theater, then the location would serve it better. I think 5 points to be subtracted. The accessibility was a little odd, too. This is an interesting feature. The shower head was over where someone would sit and the water would drip on one's head. The location of the shower head instead of being on the same wall as the bath faucet and water handles. Hmmmmm, That was interesting. Despite this is an excellent hotel.

The room was roomy and clean. Great space! The breakfast on Friday and Sunday was good. I'm glad that the property had overflow parking because when we got back to the property on Saturday late their wasn't any parking in the main lot.

Saturday there was no breakfast or very few items. We ran out of towels and when I went to the front desk to ask they were all in the wash. I completely understand it was an extremely busy weekend, but the property may need more towels and more staff to help with breakfast.

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.

Suggestion for improvement (not a complaint): A kind of "expresso" coffee machine would be awesome... as a european, I appreciate smaller cups of coffee with a bit stronger taste.

Location to sons home for holiday visit

Pool needed some scrubbing on the tiles. We like to bring out granddaughters to come for a swim so pool being clean very important to me. Pool area was clean. Breakfast lacked fruit one morning and ran out of juice

Thanks and appreciation to the staff working in there they are so respectful. I give shout out to a lady who cleans my room. I forgot about my items and she run behind me and handle everything over to me . She added more value to this facility. These little things are matter…

Nicely maintained hotel near the NCLEX testing center. There was an issue after I checked into my room and the front desk immediately put me in another room no questions asked. Breakfast was good with an omelette, sausage and coffee and the fitness center is clean and more than adequate. Free parking. Nice linens, newer carpet, decent air flow in rooms and hot shower with good water pressure and pleasant smelling bath products. Thank you!

This Hampton is located in an industrial area. Absolutely nothing to walk to. I stayed for 5 nights, so some nearby stores would have been nice. But if you need a place to sleep for a night or 2, this is a really nice hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful. Staff allowed us to grab a couple items for breakfast even though they weren't quite open yet. Great room lots of space. Enjoyable stay.

Not much to eat available for later in the night but the attached bar restaurant was good. A little out of the way for my hockey trip but not terrible and easy to get to.

Really liked the breakfasts made, because they had everything I liked to eat and it tasted great. So, helpful to be able to start my day without any fuss, have a good hot meal and in a friendly environment. An then to go to a family members High School graduation party in Brooklyn Park. Excellent, Friendly and Very Professional staff.

Everything was good. I have no complaints.
